The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Ärzte und das Einkaufszentrum sind 500m entfernt. Edeka, Aldi und Lidl ca. in 700m erreichbar. Ansonsten kann man auch im Garten die tolle Lage genießen. Es steht Ihnen eine gut ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.

Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss in einer ruhigen, aber zentral gelegenen Wohngegend in Dachau. Sie ist sehr geräumig (1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer). Ab 5 Personen öffnen wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Dachterrasse. München ist über den nicht weit entfernten Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar (ca. 12 Minuten). Aber auch Dachau und Umgebung ist sehenswert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe vorhanden.

The very bright apartment with stone flooring is on the second story and reachable with an outside staircase - first you have to cross our chaos garage. Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

The traditionally Bavarian furnished apartment is located in a quiet location and has yat a quick connection to the heart of Munich! The S-Bahn Station „Munich-Karlsfeld“ is within walking distance. Ruhiger Rückzugsort zwischen Dachau und München mit Gartenblick. Eine schmale Spindeltreppe führt zu einem kleinen Appartement für max. 2 Personen. Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche, kleine Küche sind vorhanden. Grill und Terrasse dürfen benutzt werden. Mein Hund läuft frei auf dem Grundstück herum. Dachau ist 2 km entfernt, nach München sind es ca 15 km. Ich lebe selbst auf dem Grundstück und halte es bewusst klar und ruhig. Gelegentlich finden hier Retreats statt.

Meine Wohnung befindet sich in Karlsfeld im Norden von München. Sie ist sehr schön und ist ausgestattet mit Internet-Wifi. Sie liegt absolut ruhig, in sehr guten Umgebung, im 1.Stock, ohne Aufzug. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Cafés, Biergarten , Pizzeria, Mc Donald, Tennisplatz , Badesee zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Bus: 100m (fahrt 10min zur S-Bahn) S-Bahn: in 20min im Zentrum von München.
