The 30 sqm apartment is modern and discreetly furnished, built in 2018, and consists of a living room with adjoining bathroom. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are provided. The barbecue and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I myself live on the property and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.
