Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und Badewanne (mit Blick ins Grüne). In nur drei Gehminuten gelangst du zum Schloss Nymphenburg, in ca. 10 Minuten zum botanischen Garten. Die öffentliche Tram Station am Romanplatz erreichst du ebenfalls in fünf Minuten, ein Taxi Stand ist zwei Minuten entfernt.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Munich Airport and city center are both reachable in approximately 20-25 minutes. Highlights include: 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, 2 balconies, and a hammock. Since 01/26, we have a private parking space directly in front of the building.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.
