I am renting out a cozily furnished self-contained apartment (approx. 50 square meters) in a quiet residential area – with a separate entrance and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), the bathroom offers shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Outside, a table, 4 chairs and a grill await for pleasant hours – even if not everything is quite ready yet. TV (Astra) and Wi-Fi are included. Ideal for relaxed living with comfort.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The studio is in the Oststadt in the immediate vicinity of the kit. There are art and culture as well as small restaurants in the nearest area. A tram stop is 5 minutes away. You'll love my place because of the location and the surroundings. My place is nice for business travelers, couples and solo travelers. In addition, an underground parking space is available.
