Condo vacation rentals in Karlovy Vary

Very nice, clean and beautiful apartment in a quiet location. The furnishings in the apartment are of a very good quality and the bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is of outstanding quality.. We felt immediately at home. There are lots of good restaurants and shops near the apartment. Everything is walkable and easy to reach, including the spa area and the bus station. Sarka is an excellent host - helpful, informative and responsive. We would certainly choose this apartment next time we visit Karlovy Vary.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

A wonderful apartment with stylish design, very comfortable for an eight-day stay. At first, it seemed like there was an issue with the hot water, but the manager answered the call immediately and explained that we just needed to let it flow for a bit. WiFi is unstable. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. We also really enjoyed having a balcony. Great location — about a ten-minute walk to the train/bus stations and the city center. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

In dieser Wohnung fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, denn man kommt fußläufig in das Stadtzentrum. Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Laden, der ein gutes Sortiment aufweist. Der Check-In und Check-Out ist einfach und flexibel. Martin ist der perfekte Gastgeber: freundlich, proaktiv und beantwortet alle Fragen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen und komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren für einen kurzen Ski-Trip dort und haben die Unterkunft genossen. Das Haus ist unweit der Lifte entfernt und ist per Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken. Zwei Autos passen problemlos davor. Im Obergeschoß sind drei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und in zwei Zimmern kann eine weitere Person auf einem Schlafsofa schlafen. Es gibt ein sehr großes Bad im Obergeschoß. Beide Bäder sind mit Duschen ausgestattet. Das andere Bad ist im Erdgeschoss. Das hatte anscheinend leichte Abflussprobleme und hat ein wenig gemüffelt. Fenster auf und alles war ok. Der Wohnraum und die offene Küche sind groß. Den Balkon haben wir im Winter nicht genutzt. Die Aussicht ist gen Oberwiesenthal und ist grandios. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Responsive and friendly host. Very easy and quick check-in. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and good night sleep. We'd definitely come back. Note: Tourist tax (€0.80/person/night) was not disclosed, contrary to Airbnb’s mandatory policy.

Hezký a čistý byt, prostorná koupelna a vybavená kuchyň. Velkou výhodou byly dvě zavřené ložnice. Velmi oceňujeme vybavení pro miminko - postýlka a židlička. Komunikace s Petrou vynikající, všechny pokyny byly srozumitelné. Jediné mínus je noční podnik hned na ulici pod bytem. V noci byl celkem hluk.

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

This apartment was a great find. Possibly due to translation issues, we did not undertand quite how much we were getting. In particular there are (in effect) three separate bedrooms, all with twin beds. One room doubles as the huge living room, with TV, even with Netflix!, but there were other sitting-places, including in the kitchen, so each can have his own private space, and only about 11 mins drive to the ski resort of Klinovec. The apartment is in an unusal building, with other apartments, but also a very large ground floor common room with lots of tables and chairs and places to leave your wet ski equipment. Was it a hostel in the past? The apartment was quite basic, with nets but no curtains to stop the morning light, and no bedside lights, so you had to walk through the room in the dark to get to your bed, and no hook for the shower-head. But a bargain certainly. I would hope that the minor issues are easliy fixed but I would stay here again anyway, as it was ideal for us.

Ubytování bylo příjemné, pokoje byly velké, dobrá dostupnost centra a služeb, majitelé byli milí, zařídili parkování zdarma, komunikace bez problémů a rychle.

Hezký byteček s výhledem na město pro 2 osoby. Proces ubytování byl velmi snadný. Akorát nám trochu chyběla závěs či žaluzie na okno, byl úplněk, tak se špatně spalo. Pobyt u Lucie doporučuji.

Wir haben 5 Tage in Lucas' Wohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sie sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Alles ist sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich. Das Internet funktioniert perfekt. Parkplätze konnten immer gefunden werden. Nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber für ältere Menschen oder für Menschen mit kleinen Kindern wird es schwierig sein, zurück zu gehen, weil die Straße bergauf geht. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen guten Supermarkt und ein italienisches Restaurant. Aber ich muss über ein paar Nachteile sprechen, auf die wir gestoßen sind: Wasser im Waschbecken im Badezimmer war immer verstopft. Es war frisch in der Wohnung und leider konnten wir die Heizung nicht einschalten. Im Badezimmer konnten wir leider auch die Batterie nicht einschalten, um die Handtücher zu trocknen. Die Matratze auf dem Doppelbett ist sehr weich und wahrscheinlich etwas älter. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Die Unterkunft eigent sich perfekt für einen aktiven Urlaub. Von dort sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Keilberg oder auf die deutsche Seite des Erzgebirges. Es war schön ruhig in der Umgebung, ein Auto würden wir aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Katerina’s apartment is very cozy and has a home-like feeling. It has a million-dollar view to the mountains and historic center of the village. Wi-Fi is fast and stable, kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable. Multiple big supermarkets are within walking distance, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the palace, park and old town area. Katerina is a very kind and helpful host, our communication went flawless, and she was willing to assist us with any issues. Stay definitely recommended.

Sehr kuschelig zu sechst. Man erreicht die Skigebiete gut. Man hat alles was man braucht, darf aber jedes Mal in den fünften Stock. Empfehle ich weiter 👍

Für zwei Familien ist es eine ideale Unterkunft. Es sind nur 20 min mit dem Auto nach Oberwiesenthal und Klinovec. Ein eigener kleiner Skilift ist im Ort vorhanden, wo man ganz gut auch mit Kindern üben kann. Ein einziger Nachteil war teilweise kein Warmwasser beim Duschen und manchmal wurde es erst in der Nacht richtig warm in der Wohnung. Ansonten war es aber sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klettersteige sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Besonders gefallen haben ins die Sauberkeit und die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war super! Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!
