Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Haus Gilbert (in the Ski amadé region) is ideal for outdoor activities including hiking, cycling and skiing. It is a 3 minute walk from Mühlbach village centre. You’ll love the apartment (sleeps a maximum of 3) because of the locality, amazing views from the balcony and garden, large bedroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is 45 minutes from Salzburg (15 mins from the A10). Haus Gilbert is quiet – perfect for couples, families and solo travellers who like busy days and quiet evenings.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. Apartment 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with a sitting area and a spacious bedroom with two box spring beds and a bunk bed. From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
