We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.

Robert was a great host, comunication was a bit difficult in English but we managed, its a wonderful place but isolated, Halleib is a nice town near by and you can shop there

Most appreciated the proactiveness and personal touches. As we arrived late ar 5pm on Saturday, Christina offerred and helped fill the fridge with our needed breakfast groceries for weekends (shops closed on Sunday). Also helped me buy a sachetorte birthday cake for one of our member. The Hosts surprised us with a birthday greeting card and small gift. Jurgen was on site to welcome and showed us facilities and equipment of the Villa. Gave helpful tips on excursions and best restaurants. We had best days of sightseeing and enjoyed the foods.

Everything is fine. Super fast communication. Enjoyable self-check-in. Beautiful, clean house in a great location.

The place is huge and feels like home, art is everywhere and it is very well decorated and built, the bedrooms are comfy and location is good since there is a bus lane but we rented a car and it was very comfortable. I would stay again in the listing.

Me and my family had a great stay with Caro and Tom. We had booked the house for 8 adults and 1 child and enough space to sit comfortably together in the dining or living room in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and super modern. The beds are new and very comfortable. In addition to the curtains, each room has an electric shade and a balcony. Caro was always very accessible and responded quickly and kindly. All in all we can definitely recommend the house:)

2DZ, 2 twin rooms, small bath, small kitchen (cooking for 6-8 people rather challenging, we were just eating every day at the good Austrian cuisine), large living-dining room with a large balcony as an attic apartment. The apartment is furnished with family memorabilia and very spacious. We felt very comfortable. There are loungers, chairs, table, barbecue, and a ping-pong table. But the absolute highlight is the location: in the morning before breakfast from the private jetty to Lake Traunsee for swimming. The view of the mountains over the lake replaces every yoga and meditation program. After the excursion or hike, end the day in the garden or in the lake. Altmünster is centrally located and offers good restaurants, e.g. the fish restaurant Moser and within walking distance 2 supermarkets (Billa and Hofer). For excursions and hikes in the Salzkammergut, the apartment is a perfect starting point. Communication with Ulla was warm and hassle-free. There is another contact person on site who always asks if anything is missing. We would definitely definitely want to definitely definitely...

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

a very clean, pleasant home. perfect location and home for a family vacation with a large group. everything is tip top in order. Robert is a very friendly and polite host. We immediately got a warm and homely feeling upon arrival. Definitely recommended!

Great house with lots of light, spacious rooms and various outdoor seating areas. Beautiful location.

We booked the house to spend three days together with our six patchwork and stepchildren around our wedding. The location is perfect, we had plenty of space, everyone felt very comfortable and we had a great time there. The roof terrace was worth its weight in gold in the beautiful weather - and there were plenty of ways to spend free time together or alone. The beds are great, we slept like a log, and the decor is lovingly and tastefully designed. The bathrooms are like new and very chic - our children couldn't stop saying "Ahh" and "Ohh," and we got a lot of praise from them for our choice of location. Hosts are very kind and always eager. Whenever we needed anything, someone came by and took care of us - otherwise we had the perfect privacy, which we enjoyed very much. Overall highly recommended, we would come back any time.

Great spot for our family ski trip. We really enjoyed spending time together in the open floor plan living area and it was plenty of space for our 7 adults and 1 toddler. The home is well taken care of and thoughtfully designed and outfitted. Tania and Andreas helped us organize a cot and highchair for our son, which we really appreciated! Some body soap and shampoo/conditioner would have been helpful in the bathrooms but other than this very small critique we had a lovely stay and are already discussing the idea of coming back for mountain biking and hiking in some future summer! I was worried this location would be too far from the slopes, but walking into town each day was enjoyable and it was easy to catch the bus! (You can rent a locker for gear at the base of the slopes so there’s no need to lug anything back and forth). We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful, large house with great terrace in a very nice neighborhood. Lake, excursions and shops were easily accessible. Everything was clean and tasteful. Communication with Moritz was very friendly, quick and straightforward. Thank you!

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We'll be happy to come back!

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail remotely. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically located just a few minutes by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet or wanting to enjoy the beautiful area by bike/on foot. We'll be thinking back to this weekend for a long time!

The place was very nice, clean and in a top location. Barbecue and hair dryer were available against expectation. The extra charge we paid for the administrative burden of Belvilla was a bit high. Could you have avoided the direct landlord privately I would be happy to come back there.

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
