We had a lovely stay at Sam's guesthouse. Although it is attached it still felt very private. We had some cooler weather while there so was a treat to light the fire but also got out for a fresh water swim which was so good. Our 3 year old absolutely loved it when the chooks came the visit in the morning and afternoon. Very friendly and helpful hosts, thanks for having us!

Loved our stay ! Grant (and Ollie) were super friendly and looked after us excellenly. We all ejoyed the pool and spa pool - especially the pool toys and sun lounges. The views were stunning and was the perfect county escape for our small family. Highly recommend staying here !

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Suite 22, a beautifully styled, cozy, and comfortable villa. The thoughtful touches like fresh fruit, flowers, milk, juice, and chocolates. It’s perfectly located, just a short 500m walk to the center of Greytown. Gayle was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Nice place and hosts. You can have as much or as liitle interaction that you want with the family. Plenty of interesting stories. I will see you next time I am in Wellington.

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and the view is just magic. The continental breakfast was very generous and the home made biscuits amazing. The hosts were very accommodating and allowing us early entry to put food into the fridge was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is a great little unit with everything we needed during our stay. We loved the great views from the deck and the nice table and chairs to enjoy it from. Highly recommend staying here, heading to the beach for a swim and having the fish and chips. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

We were visiting family and new born grandchild and had to change arrival day which Esther made so easy for us. The place was very comfortable with everything we needed and perfect for a base, handy to walks plus Hutt services. Nice big bed and good heating. Would stay again.

We stayed at Kimberley & Jamie’s lovely place for a week while working in the area. What a good choice it turned out to be. Set in an incredible spot on top of a hill, the Airbnb is pristine, peaceful, warm and well-equipped. The hosts are discreet, responsive and flexible. We enjoyed every minute even in the wildest of weather! Highly recommended.

Amazing place, so beautiful and peaceful. You wake up to the sound of the sea and the views and walks are fantastic. The place is beautifully decorated with a great bath and everything you'd possibly need. Elsie and Johan went above and beyond and couldn't have been kinder. Highly recommend.

Kirsty and Bruce were lovely helpful hosts and their place is gorgeous, quiet and relaxing space, spotlessly clean. Beautiful non crowded beach a short walk away. Breakfast was all locally sourced or homegrown and was delicious. Would love to come back.

Christine's place is amazing value for money and despite it's small appearance before we arrived was roomy and well furnished for the 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child). The attic room was cosy and we all sat together up there watching tv in the evenings and playing board games. In the day we expanded out onto the deck to enjoy the sunshine. There was a curtain downstairs that could be pulled across so that it created a hallway passage to the kitchen/bathroom as not to disturb whoever slept downstairs. Christine was great at communicating and checking we had everything we needed before and during our stay. There were some lovely touches with milk, homemade fig jam and honey plus bread in the freezer. The house is in a beautiful area and it was easy to explore the estuary and parks by foot from the house with a great fish and chip shop up the road. We will definitely come back to stay again! Beautiful location close to Wellington with fantastic views. Teresa was very hospitable and made sure we were comfortable and well-fed. Excellent place to say and would highly recommend.

Scott and Laura's place is spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The space is airy, private, and furnished with a nice balance of taste and practicality. Very well set up kitchen with plenty of storage space, good sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher drawer, and cooking. The appliances, including the washer-dryer, are modern and easy to use. Modern bathroom with underfloor heating - a lovely treat in cooler months! - and comfortable bedroom with ample space for clothes storage. Also off-road parking right by the door if you have a car. Very convenient location close to the Khandallah shops, with cafes and supermarket. And close to public transport for trips into the Wellington CBD. I'm very happy to recommend Scott and Laura's place, and hope to stay there again!

We had a good stay at Joan’s place. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep.

It was nice to have Janet & Ian meet us on arrival. The unit is a cosy self contained and private section in the downstairs area of their home. Very comfortable bed. Having off-street parking is a bonus.
