The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace to burn in, a newly built guest house and a large, nice wood-fired sauna. All materials are consistently exclusive and the house is built in 2023 via the house supplier "Sommarnöje". Both houses have a beautiful terrace all around, which means that you can always enjoy the sun in several places. A path leads down to a jetty and invites you to swim.

Newly built (2023) modern and fully equipped small guesthouse (28 square meters) 100 meters from Räfsnäs pier and the bus turnaround for Norrtälje. Short-term accommodation for max 2 people (pull-out sofa bed with 2x80 cm beds). Large wooden terrace with exit to the lawn, facing southwest. Many hours of sunshine. A boat slip at a private dock is available 100 meters below the house. Also a bathing jetty outside the newly built L-shaped dock. Beautiful surroundings, both in the outer archipelago (a kayak paradise) and on Rådmansö. 20 km from Norrtälje.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Welcome to a nice guest house in charming Refsnäs! From the cabin it is 150 meters to jetties, where you can take a refreshing morning swim. A walk away is Refsnäs harbor with Bryggan Bar during the summer with kiosk, pizza with wine or beer. There are also tour boats to the islands Fejan and Lidö which have nice summer restaurants. In Gräddö, 2.5 km (1.5 miles) away, there is an ICA grocery store, a pizzeria, and the Björkö Örn café. There is also a campground with a sandy beach.
