Peace in the countryside in Somerniemi

In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

Come and unwind in the peaceful natural surroundings of Tammela's beautiful lake landscapes. The cabin offers a soothing view of the lake, and the surrounding area provides the perfect setting for relaxation, outdoor activities, and a leisurely stay. Log cabin by the lake

From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by train to the lake shore? Log cabin on a beautiful detached house plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2pcs), sup board (2pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Vintage cottage in Lempäälä

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with deck and grill canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. There is a wood-fired sauna in the outbuilding with a shower area; there is no bathroom inside the cottage. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

The House with a Spa

The other half of the semi-detached house, the hosts live on the other side. A couple of bedrooms, large living areas, a kitchen and a sauna section. There is also a terrace and a fenced backyard. Quiet detached house area. We are close to the lake, but there is no access to the beach. The nearest beaches are Idänpää or Matkolampi beach, both of which are about 1.5 km away. The center of Hämeenlinna is just over three kilometers away, and the nearest golf course is just over a kilometer away.

The cottage is located on a peninsula, in the "yard" of the main building, about 40 meters from the main building. Great views of the lake and an organic environment. It's nice to take a short or longer break from everyday life. The cottage has two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds). In addition, an atmospheric kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, shower facilities and a wood-fired sauna.
