Right by the water, a small, pretty, modest cottage, beach in the south/west direction. Shallow beach, swimming is only accessible from the pier. Slope plot, not for the disabled. In the same yard, there is a lean-to, an outdoor toilet and the main house where the tenant lives. The yard is fenced, a separate fence separates the main house and other buildings. Two Finnish Lapphunds are outdoors in the main house enclosure during the day and a cat moves around the yard. For this reason, pet guests must always be agreed upon separately.

The House with a Spa

The other half of the semi-detached house, the hosts live on the other side. A couple of bedrooms, large living areas, a kitchen and a sauna section. There is also a terrace and a fenced backyard. Quiet detached house area. We are close to the lake, but there is no access to the beach. The nearest beaches are Idänpää or Matkolampi beach, both of which are about 1.5 km away. The center of Hämeenlinna is just over three kilometers away, and the nearest golf course is just over a kilometer away.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

The cottage is located on a peninsula, in the "yard" of the main building, about 40 meters from the main building. Great views of the lake and an organic environment. Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
