House vacation rentals in Kanfanar

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea Check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

The place was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, would gladly come again.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. A super nice ambiance, inside and out. I definitely want to come back. Perfect for having a nice time with friends or family. Thank you so much for everything!

The house and complex are great! There is everything you needed (especially for babies and infants) and it was the cleanest place we had so far! The landlords were so super friendly and accommodating; the location is wonderfully rural and yet you can reach shops and restaurants in 5 minutes by car! We didn't miss anything and the kids were happy too! All around a place to feel good! We definitely want to come back again!

There were five of us at Daniela's place. We arrived by car, which is also necessary in the area if you want to do something. Pula is about 25 minutes' drive. The place was very nice and clean. Pool and garden are wonderful, you can sit inside and outside to eat. With 5 people, one had to sleep on the sofa bed, but it is very comfortable and not a problem. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Communication with Daniela is great, she responds very quickly, is very friendly and helpful with problems if something does not work or the like. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We would definitely recommend Daniela and her accommodation and felt very comfortable!

We were with two families at Irena's. The location is brilliantly central, by car you can quickly reach anywhere in Istria, Rovinj and Pula in about 30 minutes via the highway. The apartments are good, the pool and garden are large and nice. The hostess is quickly accessible at any time via the Airbnb app and also very personable and straightforward in person. We'd love to come back

I can't say enough about how wonderful this house is. It is a lovingly renovated ancient house - the owners think it's about 350 years old. The owners have a great design aesthetic, and all their choices of furniture, light fixtures, etc were beautiful. Every detail was perfect. They also couldn't have been kinder; they came to meet us and tour the house with us (but also didn't stay too long!) when we arrived and they also came to say goodbye and help us with our suitcases when we left. This town is also just a gorgeous gem - an ancient walled village that is being fixed up perfectly. I will be jealous of anyone lucky enough to stay at this Airbnb now!!

Loved the house! Nevenka is a very kind host. Lots of recommendations & very good contact. The location is perfect for exploring Istria if you have a car. We got to every part of it in just 2 days! If the weather was better we would have used the pool! But we still swam in the sea thanks to Nevenka’s swimming spot recommendations!

Luxuriously decorated house, even more beautiful in person than in the photos and we immediately felt like we were at home! Antonia welcomed us the most sincerely, after the trip we could snack on cheese and prosciutto right away, have a glass of wine, and the kids were greeted with ice cream! We are speechless as much as Antonia and her family cared about guests, she cared about every detail to make our vacation perfect. I would particularly emphasize cleanliness-at the peak, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped! The kids enjoyed the pool, lufts, balls, football, trampoline, Playstation 5, board games, badminton - a dream vacation with lots to do. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the house, the wonderful walks, visited Rovinj - more than once, Bale, Motovun - everything is close to be able to make a nice excursion. We are delighted with the Grimani pizzeria, which is 5 minutes away, in the center of the place-best pizza, especially Nutella pizza! Mime's is great too. Once again a special thanks to the lovely Antonia - see you again! Perfect house for a family with kids!

We were very satisfied with our place. Sina was easily accessible, responded immediately and always had a solution ready. We felt very comfortable. Very nice and clean accommodation. It is a very quiet area. Of course, our children and we liked the pool best.

"Wonderful Stay with a Thoughtful Host!" We had a fantastic stay at Davor's place! He is a really nice and thoughtful owner who made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. He even provided us with some fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, and wine, which was such a lovely touch. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Whenever we needed anything, Davor was always there to help. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and caring host in a serene setting!

Perfect stay at Kristina’s place. Extra clean house and pool. Many places to visit at 30 minutes. Our familly with 3 kids from 12 to 18 years old did spend a very nice week and enjoyed the pool. The village is quiet and very nice. Many shops in the next village Kanfanar.

Dobrý den, Location: a little farther than it might seem from the location description. The location of Kanfanar was listed, which is probably equivalent, but you have to take into account the narrow location and it was about 12 minutes from Kanfanar, which means adding about 15 minutes to the sea path - it should probably have a more accurate lokailta there to match the reality House - absolutely great: spacious, clean, cool :)..great House garden - beautifully cut, screen for games, super pool, pergola with seating great For me, I recommend, but you have to accept a 40-minute drive to the sea.

We really enjoyed the time and accommodation. The children had space to play and just be. The house is located in a village where it is not flooded by tourism, the surroundings are authentic and really beautiful. The house is beautifully decorated, wonderfully and elaborately renovated. The floor on the ground floor is made of stone, so it was quite cool, certainly great in the summer and we had slippers for this time of year. The electricity in the village failed once, Neven was there immediately on the holiday and took care of the repair on the public grid within a few hours. Communication was easy, friendly, open and warm. We felt really comfortable and were able to enjoy it very much and happily extended our meals under the fig tree 🙂

The accommodation was very nice, it was exactly as shown in the pictures, the amenities also fit perfectly and nothing was missing. We were able to communicate very well with the host and we always received a quick response. The pool was even better than expected, it looks beautiful and because you could also heat it, it suited everyone. We had a very nice vacation and would recommend the place to anyone.

Great location if you have a car and beautiful Villa that has everything. Great recommendations from Matea the host of where to eat also. Would definitely visit again!
