Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kane County

Our group of 12 found the home spacious and accommodating for large groups. Plenty of bathrooms and fridge space. Working washer and dryer. Plenty parking. Great central location to visit Zion and Bryce NP.

We spent a week at Julie’s place and found it to be comfortable and centrally located to several national parks. A highlight was the jeep tour hosted by a local guide who was informative and charming. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We can highly recommend Julie’s place.

Was perfect for our group trip to Zion. The house is more beautiful than the photos and the hot tub and grille were great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend this beautiful house. The location is very private and peaceful. The house is very specious and jacuzzi was an added bonus. John was super responsive and very friendly. His recommendations were spot on and made our stay in Zion Park incredibly enjoyable.

As we drive away I said “great spot” to my college aged son who responded “awesome spot”. We enjoyed fires both nights - a very local store has a porch with wood bundles for sale and a cash drop box for after hours purchases. The hot tub was great after a day walking The Narrows. The beds were comfortable and the views were idyllic.

This town house was perfect for big family. Plenty of space and more. Better than expected! We really enjoyed the quiet nights and the stars were beautiful! We had deers greet us the morning we left. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place to call a home base while exploring the magic of southern Utah. The home felt as though I was stepping into my own - very comfortable for our 3.5 week stay with our preschooler and dog. The yard is HUGE and fenced (and we enjoyed the fire pit multiple times). The wifi is strong! Perfect launch pad for exploring nearby. We visited Zion multiple times (we recommend entering the park from the eastern entrance as opposed to the Springdale entrance which is a longer route from Kanab), Bryce Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon (ATV tour with ROAM ... recommend!), Buckskin Gulch via Wire Pass, Coral Sand Dune State Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Pipe Springs Monument, Cedar Breaks Monument, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Page, Horseshoe Bend, Bunting Trail, plus all the local restaurants, the dog groomer at Kanab Dog Wash, the public library (hooray for visitor library cards!), the huge playground and skate park. Spend as long as you can here. You won't regret it!

This gem is everything you could ask for. Aside from the stunning scenery of mountains, sunsets, and wildlife, the peace and quiet will do wonders for your soul. The cabin is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. It’s clean, comfortable and very welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing time at this cabin! The location and surroundings are so beautiful, and you will never want to leave this cabin. Lots of games and activities and amazing touches to the cabin that make you feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would 100% book again!

You cannot beat this location. We were able to walk to all of the great local restaurants and other activities we wanted to do in the heart of Kanab. The house has plenty of space & a huge, completely fenced yard for our dogs. Shannon was always responsive & helpful. The house is well stocked with all the appliances and extra blankets you would need. We hope to stay in her place again soon! We highly recommend.

Staying at the sheep camp was a lovely experience! The camp, shower, and toilet were super clean. Jen provided everything we could have wanted it needed during our stay - from cooking utensils to board games. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the quiet, solitude, and natural beauty of the location. It is definitely worth the long drive to get there. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and get off the grid.

Great little house, I loved reading about its history. Everything we needed, close to East Zions and Kanab where we were spending our time. We loved our stay!

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. Spacious, clean, and a perfect location. Star was very responsive and easy to reach. Would absolutely stay here again!

First of all, Jenn and Tim were exceptional hosts. They were very proactive and helpful. Because the house is new, Apple Maps and Google Maps could not find it but the instructions provided in advance were clear and brought you directly to the home. The location of this cabin is very private and it’s a beautiful home with plenty of modern amenities. It was the perfect secluded location for our stay to adventure in Zion and surrounding area.

April gave lots of local tips that helped us avoid Zion people traffic. The pioneer wagon was a nostalgic fun and memorable thing to do with kids, it sure makes you appreciate insulated walls in the winter! If you go in Winter for glamping - it’s pretty cold! I’d recommend bringing extra blankets, double up on warm clothes! Also bring 4WD vehicle and waterproof hiking boots for the trails are really muddy.

The hosts were excellent in helping us when needed. Private location allowed freedom for our kids to play. The nearby resort offered many amenities! The whole cabin could use updating overall, but it is very clean and useable. There isn't a dishwasher. The water pressure is lacking. The dryer isn't great. You MUST have four-wheel drive to stay at this property!!!

Wonderful home with easy access to the quieter East side of Zion National Park and some spectacular less-traveled trails. The house is very large, with multiple king bedrooms, all with private baths, and an expansive and luxurious, extraordinarily well-stocked kitchen that made cooking together a joy! There are lovely and thoughtful decorations throughout and everything was oh so comfortable and welcoming. The area is quiet, and the deck and hot-tub are spacious. We also had a great time playing badminton on the “beach” volleyball court. Sharon was communicative and helpful. All in all a wonderful time for our family gathering of seven, with plenty of extra room had we had a much larger group! Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting. Lots of helpful instructions from the host. The resort was bigger then I expected, so not the quietest area. But there’s plenty to do on site as well as great access to Zion and Bryce Canyon isn’t too far either.

Ginger’s home was in a perfect location. We were able to easily walk to downtown and hiking trails. The backyard was wonderful for our dogs. Ginger always responded within 10 minutes when I had a question. I would definitely stay there again!

We were a group of 10 who stayed here. Amazing stay and place. Tammy always responded on time and was very flexible. She allowed us to do early checkin and late checkout. i would come back here again.

This is a great way to introduce our kids to camping/hiking trips. They love the bunk beds. We rented the wagon for our family of four, so we had more beds than needed. We ended up using two of the beds as our luggage space. Bathrooms were a bit far to walk to in the middle of the night. It was great in the day time as bathrooms and showers were always clean whenever me needed to use them. Breakfast was not the best. It was just bagels, pancakes, some pastries, fruits, black coffee and juices. Eggs, bacons or any protein will be extra charges. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court, and mini-goft (extra charge). We wanted to do ATV sunset tour, but we didn’t think of booking it ahead of time. We ended at the Canyon Overlook trail inside Zion for sunset. It is so awesome how the ranch is only 5 miles away from Zion East entrance. We were able to hike in the morning, came back to do some activities at the ranch, and went back to Zion for sunset.
