Tiny House #3 Centrally Located to National Parks

KellyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We loved our stay! It was a perfect home base for all that southern Utah has to offer. We didn’t make it to the parks but it would be perfect for traveling between Zion and Bryce. The house was just perfect for our family of five. Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked! And the full size washer and dryer were great. Comfy beds and linens all around. The pool down the road was perfect for a cool dip and getting wiggles out from our long car rides. We pulled a permit for The Wave and this was only about an hour and a half from the trailhead. We had plenty of time! Thanks again!

Tiny Home #6 w/ East Zion Resort Pool/Hot Tubs

MatthewRating, 5 stars5 months ago
A gorgeous place, well appointed, with super-thoughtful hosts. It's worth spending some time in east zion for the beautiful scenery and amazing array of gorgeous places to stay they have. Even in winter this place is a delight with hot tubs. We had a little snafu finding the tiny homes- but they made it up to us by being really thoughtful and kind for our christmas stay. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did!

East Zion-Glendale Ranch Cabins #1

AsamiRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had a great time at Derik and Gay’s place! Their communication was great with clear instructions. The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy with some outdoor space which was great for our kids. It had everything we needed including washing machine, dryer and fridge. So convenient during our road trip! We would like to stay here again.

Tiny Home #1 w/Resort Amenities Pool/Hot Tub

JenRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Big Cottonwood Canyon Creek is the drinking supply for Salt Lake City. No joke that the pristine creek rages past the cabin, making the most incredible sound. The rustic cabin was perfect for the four of us; my two teens spent many hours dropping their fishing lines right off the porch and bridge on the property. The large kitchen allowed us to make our meals easily, as it was well stocked with all essentials. My husband was very happy with the espresso machine. The location is 11 minutes from Smith’s so food shopping is a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was warm when the nights hit 46 degrees in the summer. We drove up the mountain and had lunch on the balcony at the local lodge. This is paradise and if you are looking for a rustic cabin that is nestled in a beautiful Utah valley with countless hiking trails and abundant water, this is the place.

Cozy Cabin & Stargazing Dome BR Deck Hammocks BBQ

MackenzieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying in Russ’s airbnb! We loved sleeping in the dome, we have never seen so many stars in our lives! The tiny home was very clean and had all the amenities Russ listed in the posting. His airbnb is drivable to both Zion and Bryce Canyon which was very convenient. Although there is construction going on around the property, this did not disrupt our experience one bit as it was done for the day by the time we got back from our hikes. We highly recommend staying at Russ’s place and we hope to book with him again in the future.

I loved staying in this a-frame by the mountain, I only wish I could have stayed longer! It was so peaceful. I enjoyed stargazing, bird watching and yoga from the deck! The bed was super cozy and it was nice to have the paths lit up at night. I'm from Sedona and shoot retreats in Utah - this will be my go-to stay between the two from now on!

Last Min Bookings Welcome! Walkable on Main St

CarolynRating, 5 stars1 day ago
What a cute little cabin. It was just right for us to spend a few days, especially after we had to scramble to find alternative lodging when we original plans were canceled. The location is great. Easy to walk to restaurants or drive as well. It is not too far from a lot of national parks in the area. Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon North Rim were each day trips. Zion could be too, but we didn't get there. The cabin is small, but functional with a microwave, keurig coffee, and fridge w/freezer for ice. Loved the container of glacier water from Zion that was provided for us along with some bottled water too. A small supply of coffee pods and fixings were available. All soaps were supplied and I loved the moisturizing hand soap. Our hosts were very nice and gave us helpful tips on restaurants and surrounding park information. So glad this cabin was a available.

Cabin with EV charger! Sleeps 6! Close to Zion!

AnastasiaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Our stay at Zen Zion was absolutely perfect! The cabin is in a stunningly beautiful and private location, with breathtaking views in every direction. It was the perfect home base for exploring Zion, Bryce, and Kanab—we were able to do so many incredible hikes while still having a peaceful retreat to return to each evening. The cabin itself is cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and the surrounding scenery. Whether enjoying coffee on the porch at sunrise or stargazing at night, it felt like a true escape. If you’re looking for a serene and scenic place to stay while exploring southern Utah, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Mtn Cabin Between Bryce Canyon & Zion Nat'l Parks!

RachelRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Nice cabin with wonderful hosts. The owners live in one half of the house (left side when you’re looking at the decks in the main photo). The kids loved the zipline and playing outside! You walk into the (unheated) game room —down a few stairs is the basement with two bedrooms and a living area. Or up a few stairs is the kitchen, deck and one more bedroom. The loft is accessed through the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen has alll kinds of stuff for you, including a rice cooker! Although there is a decent sized kitchen and the living room downstairs, neither space is quite large enough for a group of our size (20 people).

Kanab Stay-Pool & Rooftop Deck Near Zion & Bryce

Sadie ZRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I can’t tell you what a positive experience we had staying at the Timber & Tin. Micah was very proactive and communicative in his communications and suggestions. We did not do any of the outdoor excursions as we had our own itinerary but I appreciated the gesture. The casita, was cute, clean, and private. I think we lucked out coming just before the holiday weekend but often had the pool area to ourselves. It was close to everything and had everything we needed if we wanted to stay in. We would love to come back and bring family or friends next time. 11/10 recommend

Excellent location to nearby National and state parks. Easy to get to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, to Kanab for fuel, groceries, restaurants. I wasn’t expecting the accommodation to be quite so small inside but it was only me, so it actually seemed quite cozy.
