Vacation rentals with a pool in Kane County

The house was perfect! There were tons of both fun and relaxing options of things to do when we weren’t out exploring. The kitchen was completely stocked. They even had extra amenities that we would normally have to put on the list for once we hit the store. Just the attention to the little things that help lessen the vacay stress. Hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. Thanks so much! Looking forward to next time!

Gary is a great host and we will come back as soon as we are back in Kanab to visit Best Friends. The home is truly tastefully decorated with southwest accents such as intricate mosaics as you enter and the shower as well. The house is right next to a huge dog run that is well maintained. Gary also exemplifies what it takes to be a great host by answering our questions promptly. He also helped us find hikes when we were not volunteering at Best Friends. Strongly recommended.

This place was a great “base camp” for our day trips to Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The space was well equipped with comfortable beds. There were even children’s games and books for my daughter to enjoy. Additionally, there were several good restaurants within minutes. Although the community pool was a bit chilly in mid-May, the shared hot tub was nice. The hour and a half drive to the airport in St. George was way better a 3 hour drive to the Las VegasVegas airport. The host was very responsive, especially when I got confused with the time differences between Arizona and Utah. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The amenities were amazing. The house layout and decor was perfect. We loved the openness and the back patio. Sitting on the rooftop with the views was priceless. We hiked in Zion and Bryce and looked forward to coming home to this house everyday. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it is well worth the money!!

House was located in great location to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National parks. Great home base after hiking and sightseeing, very comfortable accomodations, well equipped, plenty of amenities and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend Cactus Flats for your visit to southern Utah region.

This house was beautiful, with serene and picturesque views from the home. Inside, the house was well-equipped with everything I needed to cook and feel completely comfortable.

I picked this place for my birthday because I wanted a peaceful getaway, and it totally delivered! The house was gorgeous, fully equipped, and spotless. We spent the day playing board games and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

This place is a gem in Kanab, Utah and convenient to local and national parks attractions. The beds were comfy and the condo felt warm and inviting for guests. I would highly recommend staying here, one of the better stays in the area to enjoy. Excellent host! thank you

Great location, quiet area but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Kanab. Very comfortable master bed. Grateful for JoAnn allowing an overnight stay with a wonderful dog from Best Friends!

Just as pictured, this townhome provided a great home base for hiking in and around kanab, very close drive to restaurants in the “downtown” area as well. Comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with the basics. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer.

Great place to check all AZ and Utah. Perfect spot for kids, got pool, hot tube, gum, playground 2 blocks from place.

Great vacation home. We stayed 4 nights as a group of 2 couples. Easy check-in / checkout. Despite other comments, the kitchen has all basic things you need. We stayed 4 nights and cooked every evening without any issues. Be aware that no shower gel / shampoo is provided as described by the host.

Stayed here as home base to visit Bryce, Zion and then to Page AZ after we left. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable stay. Grocery store and lots of restaurants are close. Family of 6. Lots of space for everyone. Only issue was I thought Room 3 had three beds, it does match picture of a queen/double bunk bed but I read it as 3 beds in that room. Overall would stay here again. Very happy with rental.
