The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Welcome to the Prés-Voirmais farm. It's a family farm, Patrick works there with his daughter Sandra and his stepson Aurélien. It's a nice secluded farm to spend great family time. All our animals are very nice and they are used to children. The playground with slide, swing and pool are available for fun. The grill is also available for your use.
