The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

After decades of neglect, it has been given a new shine piece by piece in recent years with loving attention to detail. Welcome to the Prés-Voirmais farm. It's a family farm, Patrick works there with his daughter Sandra and his stepson Aurélien. It's a nice secluded farm to spend great family time. All our animals are very nice and they are used to children. The playground with slide, swing and pool are available for fun. The grill is also available for your use.

The two rooms are like a separate small apartment with bathroom and kitchenette, and are located on the 2nd floor of my house. So the guests have contact with me and my family, but can also be alone. You can enjoy the morning sun and the evening sun with views over the gardens. The apartment is also ideal if you need a temporary place to stay.
