Although it is a small space of about 10 tatami, it is a historic house wrapped in soft and colorful light, and we hope you will have an experience that sharpens your senses. It is located in a quiet residential area, so it can only be used by those who follow the house rules. * As a general rule, this building does not allow visitors other than guests. * We renovated an old Japanese-style house, which used to be a tea room, for use on Airbnb. The architect was Suzuko Yamada. * As a rule, this building is not open to non-guests. *

It is a calm, modern Japanese building that uses plenty of indirect lighting. The roughly 3,300 m² Japanese garden is also meticulously lit and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Please use it as a base for various activities such as concerts at the nearby Guitar Culture Museum, bus fishing at Kasumigaura, golf, sky sports, sightseeing orchard tours, Mt. Tsukuba climbing, and trail running. BBQ tools are available for rent separately for 5,500 yen.
