Unsere VILLA DELFIN ist unser Paradies! Unser Garten und unser hauseigener Strand bieten sich an um Privatsphäre zu genießen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Unser Appartement YELLOW befindet sich auf der 1. Etage und hat von den Schlafzimmern ausgehend einen großzügigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.

An outdoor kitchen with barbecue area and seating, deck chairs and terrace right on the sea are perfect for enjoying the vacation. It is 50 m to Marina Pićuljan and supermarkets. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
