A simply furnished but particularly spacious and bright home for a relaxing stay in Stubai. This family-friendly home is centrally located in the valley, in Kampl town. Therefore, you can go all the way for skiing, tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, and much more. A supermarket, bus stop, playground and a lake with recreation and restaurants are within walking distance. Upon request, the bakery will arrive at home. The city of Innsbruck and the airport are only 20 minutes away.

Quiet location, bus stop and supermarket 5 minutes downhill on foot, to Lake Kampl with refreshments 10 minutes. free parking in front of the house. Great accommodation, is spacious and clean and from here everything in the stubaital is easy to reach and also innsbruck is not far away. Were received very kindly and given personal explanations about the accommodation. Questions were answered quickly. We have stayed here with great pleasure and definitely want to come back.

This is an absolute hidden gem, beautiful location and view. Very convenient to drive to local ski lifts and then 30 minutes from largest Stubai Glacier. And only 20-30 mins from Innsbruck airport. The local swimming pool and spa is amazing and only 10 minutes walk. The host is just incredibly kind and attentive. Thank you for an incredible holiday with my family. Would love to return in the summer instead of ski trip next time.

Very recommendable 2-room apartment: a bedroom with connected bathroom upstairs and a spacious kitchen/living down the shared (with the family) stairs. Everything clean and comfortable and well equipped. A super quiet place, perfect for people loving nature and silence. Every night we drifted into sleep listening to the sound of the mountain stream rushing just outside the bedroom windows! It is also a perfect place for guests coming without a car: There’s a busstop within 100 meter, with 4 buses an hour going from the glacier to Fulpmes and Innsbruck, stopping in many hamlets and sightseeing points along the way. These buses are free with the Stubai guest card that Birgit hands you upon check-in! 5 minutes by bus is a Spar supermarket and a little further in Neustift center there are more shops. There’s a restaurant in the village and several more within easy reach with the bus :)

We stayed at this cabin the first time and were very impressed from the beginning! Everything super clean, top amenities, indescribably beautiful location in the middle of the mountains surrounded by fantastic scenery. The innkeeper was extremely friendly and reliable. On spontaneous demand, firewood for the tiled stove was even driven to the hut to compensate for the somewhat cool outside temperatures in addition to the existing heating. We can fully recommend the cabin and will definitely come back. Very great vacation.

Jasmin was very friendly, and we had a wonderful week at her house. The location was excellent, just a 1-minute walk to the supermarket and bus stop, making it perfect for skiing. The house was well-equipped and met all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Even before arrival, Helmut wrote to us very kindly via WA. He was very flexible with regard to check-in, as we had a lot of traffic jams and therefore could not specify an exact time. The place was great and we would book it again anytime! Thanks again Helmut especially for the awning, which allowed us to load the car in the rain without getting wet. 😀
