Two bedrooms are located upstairs, while a third bedroom is on the ground floor, giving the house a practical layout that works well for several guests. One of the two bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a bathtub. The main bedroom also has a special feature: a bathtub placed inside the room, adding a pleasant and relaxing touch to the house. In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. Located in the heart of Balatonfüred, this old bourgeois villa is the perfect choice for families and small groups of friends. 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room and dining room ensure that everyone can fit comfortably. Upstairs, there's also a play corner for kids to enjoy their time together. The building, which is over 100 years old, has a unique atmosphere. The old windows, tiled stove, high ceilings all enhance the patina of the house.
