Vacation rentals with a patio in Kamburugamuwa

Замечательное просторное жилье со свежим ремонтом и завораживающим видом на океан. Очень просто связаться с хозяином и персоналом. Много заведений вокруг, 1 минута до океана. Есть минимальный набор моющих средств - гели для душа и шампуни. Достаточно чисто, но на кухне немного начинает проявляться затхлость. Для данного сезона может выглядеть немного дороговато и хочется ожидать больше мелочей при такой ценовой категории, - тапочки, халаты, зубные щетки, больше полотенец, бреющие принадлежности, но это, скорее уже точки для улучшения, все-таки это аппартаменты, а не отель. 11/10 :)

Where to start.. In my 10+ years on Airbnb, I have never come across a property like this. The hosts and their kids are just exquisite. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and cater to your every need. The apartment is brand-new, super clean, and has all the amenities needed at the same time the lush jungle and green surroundings give a very tropical vibe. Working from home cannot be better, more peaceful, and private and with high-speed internet. The family loves to cook a meal for you, so you can keep on working or simply enjoy a relaxing stay. There is also the possibility to rent their scooter or tuk-tuk, make use of the laundry services and enjoy a yoga session on the rooftop deck. It's situated in the middle of the jungle, with monkeys and all kinds of lovely creatures. We love to surf, and with the beach just 5 mins scooter ride away, we felt like we had everything we could dream of. We will be back for sure!:) Thank you Nalaka and family for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely magical 3 weeks at Sudu Villa with our 5-month old son. Before check-in, Matt’s communication was excellent and was also reached out to by Charu, the Villa Manager, who both were happy to answer any questions we had. Check-in was smooth and we had the best time at Sudu Villa. Location is absolutely perfect, with easy walks to Pehebiya Beach and Hirikitiya. Charu was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us, whether that’s organising surf lessons, tuktuks or airport transfers. Villa was immaculate with regular pool cleaning, we felt immediately relaxed from Day One. Will definitely be returning, a memorable few weeks.

I was searching for a place to establish a home base for my trip when Ann's property caught my attention. I was captivated by what it had to offer in the photos, so I booked it with great excitement. Ann was incredibly responsive and helped me plan my trip accurately by being flexible with my dates, ensuring I felt right at home from the very first day. When I arrived, I walked onto the balcony, which provided a serene view of the Ahangama ocean. The apartment was exactly what I wished for and more. It was very clean, tidy, and thoughtfully furnished. The apartment truly felt like a home, helping me unwind each day and wake up refreshed for the next. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Ann and her team, including Mane, for being exceptional hosts who always greeted me with a smile and provided thoughtful care. Mit Abstand die absolut beste Unterkunft die wir jemals hatten. Schon von der Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zum Check out einfach alles super. Charith und Tharaka sind die Perlen des Hauses. Wir wurden während unseres Aufenthalts liebevoll umsorgt. Charith überraschte uns jeden Morgen mit einem leckeren Frühstück und ging sogar auf die Sonderwünsche der Kinder ein. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt, frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch... einfach liebevolle Detailarbeit. Es ist ein super gemütliches offenes Haus, mit großen Räumen ohne unnötigen Kram, aber viel Liebe zum Detail. Die tolle Aussicht vom Pool über die Reisfelder und gleichzeitige Privatsphäre spricht für sich. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem kann tatsächlich nicht mehr weiter geholfen werden. Zusammengefasst: Urlaub vom feinsten ab der ersten Minute.

Really beautiful villa, great attention to design detail. Service was friendly and helpful and we can recommend the home cooking. The food was delicious!

Gads Villa is a truly magical place. The gardens are exquisitely landscaped, and the giant Velvet Apple tree is really a wonder to behold. The pool has a shallow section which is perfect for little ones, or for adults to lounge in. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed (important when traveling with 4 youngsters!). The bathrooms are likewise huge and very prettily set out. Beds are comfortable and the fans were sufficient to keep us cool at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, a few minutes tuk tuk ride into the main part of town. I personally found it very convenient to have yoga and a little spa within a few minutes walk. Secret Beach is also only a short walk away. Sahan and team were super helpful, and breakfasts were delicious. All in all a fabulous stay.

Sanjeewa and the team were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. The property is spectacular and is like taking a step back in time and very well maintained. The pool area was amazing and the chef did an amazing job for breakfast and dinner with an abundance of food for us. Would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you all so much.

I had a fantastic stay at Green Leaf Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown. The host was super friendly and always helpful. Beautiful place in amazing area. It’s a great escape from the hustle of city and you are still close to the Weligama and Ahangama (both approximately 10 minutes ride). Totally recommend

Wir haben uns mit unseren 2 Kindern total wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist traumhaft und sehr schön. Nur etwas abgelegen. D.h. man muss eigentlich immer ein Tuk Tuk oder Auto nehmen um Aktivitäten zu unternehmen oder Orte/ Restaurants zu besuchen. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Unser Sohn hatte leider während unseres Aufenthaltes einen Unfall am Strand vor Ort und wir sind Raihanna’s Team so unglaublich dankbar für ihr schnelles Reagieren und Unterstützen in dieser Notsituation. Danke an Raihana, Krish und Team. Wir werden Eure Unterstützung nie vergessen! Ihr wart so großartig ! Vielen vielen Dank dafür! Ohne Euch wären wir verloren gewesen! DANKE!! If I could give Ben’s place 10 stars it would totally worth it! The most amazing Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Starting with the warmest welcome by the villa’s staff to the villa itself which is even more beautiful than the photos. We were a group of 4, and the villa suited our needs and much further. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped with small details in mind. The views of course are spectaculars and you basically have your own private beach. The area is private and quiet, you do need to take tuk tuk for the nearest village for restaurants and shops. Hirikiteya is 10 min ride and is a very cute village with some great restaurants and nice atmosphere. For us, this arrangement of being secluded but a short drive away was exactly what we were looking for. Finally, Lakshman the villa’s manager was super friendly, arranging tuk tuks for us in short notice and always very attentive.

Oh my gosh, I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The photos were spot on, and I don’t usually say this about places, but this one was just incredible! The property is right by the ocean, and you have private beach access. It’s one of the few places with a mini gym, which was a huge plus for us. The property also has parking facilities, so if you rent a bike or car, you won’t have to worry about where to park. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The galle fort is just a 15-minute bike ride away! There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the Keels supermarket is only 10 minutes from here. Everything was super clean, and they do regular maintenance, which is great. The kitchen had everything we needed, since we stayed for a month, it was essential for us to have a fully equipped kitchen. The ACs were perfect, and the property has a balcony overlooking the beach. It was so relaxing to sit there and watch the sunset. Mahesh & Kasuni, both helped address all our request

Very nice stay with this lovely family! They are very loving and truely cared about me. They made some food and shared it. Everything what I needed was there. Would highly recommend as a homestay.

Wowww. Where do I even begin?! We were stunned by how much more beautiful this place was in person. It exceeded all our expectations!! The location can’t be beat. Corner unit, two floors, multiple balconies & floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to catch the beach & gorgeous sunset views from any angle! The bedrooms with attached bathrooms, common areas & divine master suite are so spacious and luxurious! I have to give *high praise* for how well maintained this unit is by Dodampe, his lovely caretaker Upul, and the cleaning staff. The place was sparkling clean - kitchen, curtains, sofas & other furniture/fixtures seemed almost brand new! Incredibly high standards for cleanliness, presentation & keeping unit in excellent working order with no issues. Our family of seniors, young adults, and children had lots of privacy for ourselves as well as generous common areas to spend together. Many thanks to Upul for his warmth, responsiveness, all his help & advice. He even brought a welcome gift!

This is our 2nd stay at Sha Villas by Ushaan. Overall, Five-star host and a brilliant apartment! Check in and check out is super easy, and Ushaan is a very communicative and thoughtful host. It is a beautiful , spacious place with great amenities. Immaculately clean and a very convenient location. We would book again for our next visit.

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist ein Traum und es war sehr ruhig. Die Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen! Der eigene Balkon mit Ausblick auf Palmen ist wunderschön. Wir konnten dort auch Wäsche waschen und essen kochen. Wenn wir wieder in Matara sind, kommen wir wieder zu euch!🫶🏻

Our stay couldn’t have been more amazing. The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable. It’s spotless clean, great kitchen facilities and ice cold AC. It’s located right in front of a little local beach where there is a lot of boats docked which is stunning for sunset. The locals around are all so friendly as well. Such quick and helpful communication from the host. Couldn’t recommend enough it’s an absolute steal for the price.

We had a wonderful stay in Serenity Villa! The grounds are stunning and well-maintained, and the whole place felt very peaceful. The house was clean with all necessary amenities, and the AC works well. There is also a lovely little cat who lives on the grounds and is very friendly! Sarath (the caretaker) was so welcoming and made us feel very at home. Veronika was a quick responder to messages and very flexible with timings for us. Overall, would highly recommend this place to anyone!
