This is the best apartment you can rent if you are looking to stay right next to the gorgeous Mount Lavinia beach. Everything inside apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s a very safe (24/7 security present) and well maintained building with modern amenities. Arfan was very helpful and he made sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible during our stay. Convenient location, a few minutes walking distance you can find multiple supermarkets and lots of great restaurants. I can’t wait to go back there for my next vacation

Very nice and clean apartment at a very convenient location. Just about 100 metres walk to the Mount beach, many restaurants close by and easy commute to Colombo. Unlike many other apartments in Colombo, this is located in a very quiet street. The hosts, Amali and Roshan were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and the stay. We loved the place. Kids enjoyed the stay as well. We are looking forward to book again for our next visit.

I had a truly great experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The early check-in was a huge plus and very much appreciated, the host chathura was very helpful to accommodate my timing, and the apartment was fresh and ready for me. The area itself felt safe, central, and convenient and the apartment was quiet and relaxing inside. The kitchen, while compact, was actually super functional. Everything I needed was there, neatly organized, and it was easy to prepare meals. Communication was excellent throughout, and I genuinely felt cared for as a guest. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and thoughtfully run stay. Looking forward to coming back next time

Awfar’s condo is new, modern and very clean. It had all of the amenities that we needed. Awfar and the property manager were very friendly, responsive and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this property for your next stay!
