Vacation rentals with beach access in Kalutara

Very good location, nice and clean villa. The host is very friendly and easy going. Supermarket is 3min walk, restaurant is next to this villa, beach is 7 min walk, but there are a lot of locals.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

While the accommodation itself was perfect, the real selling point for this stay is the hosts. They are the most lovely hosts I’ve ever had, attending to all of our needs and very communicative. Please do yourself a favour and stay here! 10/10

Love this place, Kumara is a really nice guy who will help you with anything and give ideas of what to do during your stay. He is a very welcoming man 👍 Apartment is really clean and modern, with also a very reasonable price for the stay. Cannot complain with this place at all. Thank you to Kumara for our stay.

My elderly mother, a relative and myself stayed at Prasanna’s place. Prasanna was a friendly host and facilitated especially the needs of my mother. The house was a silent peaceful place. I managed to read a lot in my stay and participated online conference from there. We had good overnight sleep in those great air conditioned rooms. The garden was spacious with lots of trees . Many of them had local fruit which we enjoyed with permission from Prasanna. Local areas were still villages and good to experience the feel of Sri Lankan villages

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

Danke Suren, wir haben unsere letzten Tagen in Sri Lanka bei dir genossen! Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet & man kann hier entspannte Tage verbringen. Das Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist ein Traum. Suren, sein Bruder sowie seine Mutter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wünschen euch alles Gute!

Thevin's place was an absolute delight to be at, has all the amenities you'd need for a stay, and located in a peaceful area away from all sounds and distractions. Thevin was always helpful and went above and beyond in helping us during our 2 nights stay. Easy to find rides via pick me or uber from the area. Would recommend to anyone!

Nous avons passé un mois complet merveilleux dans la villa. Tout était parfait et la nature environnante absolument époustouflante. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le matériel neuf, aspirateur, ricecooker, machine à laver le linge. L' oncle Sirisena a toujours été présent pour s'assurer que tout allait bien pour nous et était adorable.Un homme exceptionnel. La piscine était quotidiennement entretenue. Je suis immensément reconnaissante pour cette expérience immersive riche en plein milieu de la nature. Nous avons pu observer quantité d'oiseaux magnifiques, des singes, des papillons... C'était parfait et nous sommes reparties les larmes aux yeux. Le seul aspect négatif, s'il fallait en mentionner un, c'est le deuxième matin 8h, un appel de Annalene ( épouse de un des propriétaires) qui a voulu nous soutirer de l'argent supplémentaire car ma mère et moi même n'occupions pas la même chambre, j'ai pourtant payé pour le logement entier au moment de ma réservation.

This is a beautiful spacious property in a fabulous location with a sea view to die for. We were a little concerned as not many reviews, but this is often let as 2 homes together. Alexander was swift to respond and communicate this to us. Sam was always responsive and Dinesh was always on hand to look after us. The dogs are very friendly and absolutely no trouble at all. We already love this area in Sri Lanka, and loved it even more staying here.

The place is very nice and new. We had everything we needed and the hosts were very kind and helpful. I would recommend it to all!
