The family-friendly holiday accommodation "Hochzillertal Gartenwohnung" is located in Kaltenbach and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom of which is on the 1st floor) and 4 bathrooms, thus offering space for 8 people. Another sofa bed for 2 additional children would be available in one of the bedrooms. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN, heating and a TV.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. The property was newly integrated into a farmhouse in 2024 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed. In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. A dishwasher is also built in and a large dining table is available.

In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!

Haus Schiwelt / Apartment No. 2

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
