Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Stuga med sjötomt och egen strand samt egen brygga. 3 sovrum, 1 rum med en dubbelsäng, 2 rum med varsin våningssäng, samt en bäddsoffa för 2 personer i tv-rummet. Dusch och WC med egen brunn samt varmvattenberedare. OBS, tvättmaskin saknas. Hyresgästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Tillgång till varmt bad (39 grader) året runt med cirkulation för rening. En roddbåt ingår, medtag egna flytvästar. Stugan är rök och djurfri! OBS! EJ för festande gäng!!

Välkomna att hyra vår mysiga stuga på ca 33kvm precis vid havet på ön Oknö utanför Mönsterås. Läget är fantastiskt bra ca 80 meter till stranden. Du har nära till ett antal badstränder på ön och det är två campingar på Oknö och en restaurang. Du har ca 8 km in till Mönsterås som har flera olika affärer och restauranger och ett vattenpalats. Du kan även njuta av lugnet på vår stora trädgård på ca 2500kvm ihop med ägaren på Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. Stuga med havet i tre riktningar. Känn in lugnet och njut av utsikten när du intar din frukost i soluppgången. Det rika fågellivet utanför stugfönstret är en fantastisk upplevelse. En mysig stuga med alla bekvämligheter du behöver. Åretruntboende så alla våra årstider kan upplevas. Husdjur är välkomna. Närhet till mack och affär samt bra avstånd till Ronneby och Karlskrona med alla dess sevärdheter.

Mysigt, enskild boende nära till havet. Nybyggt attefallshus på tomten på 25 kvm med sovloft. Stort och härligt soldäck med sol morgon till kväll om så önskar. Boendet ligger 2,8km till centrum, nära till flera badplatser, golfbana, hamn med mera. Naturskönt område runt Gränsö Slott 2,6 km Cyklar finns att hyra under vistelsen för en billig peng.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
