Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Paradise by Kallsjöen

The rice tray in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fire pit, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Modern mountain cabin

Welcome to a modern mountain home for the family. Here you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy the view of the mountain world glimpsed between the treetops. Wood-fired sauna on the plot completed in January 2024. Fine longitudinal tracks and groomed trails are just outside the door. Trillevallens ski area offers both easily accessible off piste as well as a large children's area and good backlunch. Transport lift to the ski area is a few hundred meters from the house or a couple of minutes by car.

Popular mountain cabin by the lake + rowing boat.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Newly built cottage in Trillevallen!

Relax with the whole family in our nice cottage. A few meters to many nice miles of well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and close to Trillevallen lift system, just a few dog trams to the trailer that easily get you to the slope. In the summer there are hiking trails, swimming and kayaking nearby. The cottage is perfect for families with children, three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, bathroom and sauna. Possibility to charge the electric car, charging is paid separately.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available.

House (25 sqm). Private entrance, toilet, shower cabin & washing machine. The price includes bed linen, towels & final cleaning. One large room with a bed (140 cm), sofa (which can be used as a bed), desk. NO KITCHEN but there is a small refrigerator, micro & water boiler. As a hotel room - larger. Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.

Arctic Dome Huså

Get closer to nature at this unforgettable retreat. At Åreskutan's foot at Huså, you can now stay in our Arctic Dome. Here you can enjoy the sight of Kallsjön and Åreskutan. Here you can easily be by yourself, but still be close to the ski slope or Åre. Our guests can use the farm's shower and sauna if desired and for a fee. This is agreed with the landlord. Breakfast and dinner can be brought to the dome and enjoyed there. You are welcome to us in Huså.
