Very modern, well kept apparament. Great location, with a private parking! Huge plus! We loved staying there and we highly recommend!

Lovely apartment, nice and clean and just as shown in the photos. We were left with everything we could need (e.g. hairdryers and straighteners, toothbrush etc). The apartment was well situated, only a 10-15 minute walk to Kolovore beach and a 20-30 minute walk to the old town. A interspar supermarket is 10 minutes walk as is Zadar bus station (ideal for day trips). Vlaho was a great host with very prompt communication, and very helpful with anything we needed. Couldn’t recommend more :)

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible welcome package that Andreja provided. I highly recommend staying at Andreja’s place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. Host is responsive. Perfect for large family or group of friends. Location is excellent. If you have a car, free parking in back of building. Highly recommend.

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Thank you so much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bicycle or car. You should also try different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports activities...).

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

House with climate - spacious two bedrooms, large kitchen equipped with everything you need, very helpful host

The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The accommodation is just right! Still very quiet in the old town. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building without an elevator, but that was no problem for us. The hostess is very friendly and personally welcomed us and answered our questions. We were able to cook small things without restrictions. What I personally liked most is the clean large bathroom. The place is highly recommended!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
