Thank you so much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bicycle or car. You should also try different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports activities...).

a great place to stay to enjoy your vacation

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

It was all great as described. Very nice hosts very kind and helpful, would go again and would recommend it. A nice holiday just top the pool was the highlight. Thank you for the great time!!!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we felt immediately comfortable. I highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation in a heartbeat.

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa with clever design.The room is as clean as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Amazing peaceful location in an amazing country setting. The house and pool are first rate. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Minutes away from Krka park and Sibenik but in remote quiet area. Host's we're super informative and always responsive.

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay in their home.

The apartment was as described, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Marko is a great host who answers all questions quickly, he is communicative and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

The accommodation is very well located. It is nice, clean and very well-equipped. We immediately felt comfortable there! The kids loved the trampoline and the adults enjoyed the very comfortable chairs on the terrace. Small downside on the 2 extra beds (to be 8 in the house) which have very thin mattresses.

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Modern, beautiful and sparkling clean house, garden, pool and super barbecue area. Very conveniently located, beautiful beaches nearby are easily accessible by car. Matea and her parents are excellent hosts. Those looking for a place to stay in this area are very well taken care of there.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. The villa was incredibly well equipped, we were very excited! Above all, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The decor was generally very cozy and modern. I was very enthusiastic about the comfortable bed and the upholstery. There is enough space for 8 people. (Sofa beds were very comfortable) The outdoor area was great. It is quite remote and you have to reach everything by car, a small supermarket is within walking distance. - but good for a quiet holiday. The landlady was super friendly and helpful and always available. All in all a great vacation and it is highly recommended!!

We stayed at the place for a week. It is very modernly furnished and you have everything you need on site. From the balcony you can directly see the sea. The landlady is very nice and gave us a few recommendations for the area directly. If we had any questions or needed anything, she was always available. Can definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. It is divided into two apartments and since we were two families (7 people, 4 adults and 3 children/teenagers) it suited us perfectly. It is very private and undisturbed and we were able to swim in the pool well into the evening. It is a little out of the way, but since we had a rental car the whole week we were there, it was no problem to go to the beach or to shop. We visited Biograd na Moru to swim in the sea, shop and go to a restaurant. We were in Zadar and we also visited the waterfalls in Krka National Park. We are very satisfied with our stay. The host Dominik and his family were very nice and easy to communicate with regarding check-in, check-out or if we had any other questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped. Communication and check-in were seamless, and your hospitality made the whole experience even better. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Zadar.
