Notre villa d'architecte se compose de la sorte: Au rez-de-chaussée: la cuisine, le salon séjour, la buanderie, deux chambres privatives (12 et15m2) , deux salles d'eau dont une avec baignoire et 2 toilettes pour votre confort. À l'étage: une chambre fermée (30m2) et un lumineux espace loft (50m2) propose deux espaces nuit aménagés avec goût et séparés par une tenture.

You will have sole occupancy in the former landgrave's hunters' house in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can wash and store your bikes in the outbuilding.
