On the first and second floor there are the bedrooms plus one bathroom each and separate toilet. There is room for two cars in the carport. The intimate garden invites you to relax.

You will have sole occupancy in the former landgrave's hunters' house in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can wash and store your bikes in the outbuilding.
