Wohnen im alten Dorf-Schulhaus

Unser historisches Schulgebäude mit wunderbar hohen Decken und seinen dicken Sandsteinwänden, bietet viel Platz (etwa 130 Quadratmeter) für bis zu vier Personen. Es wurde bis 2013 von uns liebevoll ökologisch saniert. Unten gibt es eine große Wohnküche, oben ein gemütliches kleines Schlafzimmer und ein großes Atelier, was gerne auch von künstlerisch ambitionierten Gästen genutzt werden darf. Von Gräfenhausen kann man mit dem Mountainbike oder zu Fuß direkt in den Pfälzerwald. Auch der nächste Kletterfelsen ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Im Dorf gibt es eine kleine Gaststätte mit Dorfladen und eine Bäckerei (beides direkt gegenüber des Hauses).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

The apartment at the almond blossom is located in the center of beautiful Gimmeldingen. In 1718, the apartment was formerly built as a bakery, which was then last renovated in 2017. The Laurentiuskirch from the 1200s is located in the center of Gimmeldingen. The light-flooded apartment offers a cozy atmosphere with space for couples, families and business travelers.

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
