Wonderful place with a kind and thoughtful host! We love Fazana!

Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time at the villa and our dog was welcome too. The villa has everything you need, also a fenced garden with a pool. Isabella was a great host. We really enjoyed it and we were only a short time but will be back for a longer period of time

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The complex is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. When the water drain in the bathroom was defective, Klaus responded super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and was able to repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! She was always there when you needed something. 🥰 Only to recommend and of course to come back 🤗 Thank you very much for this beautiful vacation 🍀💫 We will definitely see you again 😘

It’s a beautiful house, with a lot of space inside the house, and around the pool. Elizabeth is very friendly It’s a quiet place and you have to drive around 20 Minutes to the ocean, or to a town, but it’s totally okay. The Pool and the dining lounge is amazing. We, as a family, loved it here

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Gorgeous Villa, pool was amazing and the fireplace grill with outside dining table was fantastic. Each bedroom had its own shower and toilet. Coming back again for sure! Ivica was very helpful and returned messages right away

The beautiful house is extremely well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, especially nice is the garden with large clean pool and a covered seating area. We were able to switch off well, enjoyed the tranquility and the fantastic surroundings. The hostess is extremely friendly, is always available, provided us with information about shopping, beaches,.... and vegetables from the garden. Thanks for letting us vacation with you. Our stay in villa Tai was very relaxing and memorable. It is located in the peaceful surrounds of Puntera, about 20 minutes out of Pula. We particularly enjoyed seeing the sheep on the neighbouring property walking through. The home is very family friendly, we used the cot and the high chair and our little one loved playing with the toys ;). It also has all the amenities you would need for cooking etc. The outdoor area is also very well set up with two eating/cooking areas and a pool, it was too cool for us to use, but it would be amazing in the summer time. Entry into the property was easy with a key lock and the hosts were very welcoming, providing us with wine, drinks and even olive oil. Thank you Boci for hosting our family in your amazing home!

The house owners are super nice. They welcomed us very nicely and took care of all our needs. The house is brand new and very modern. The pool and whirlpool have great water quality.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

We had an amazing stay and the villa was fantastic. It was exactly like the pictures, well maintained with lots of space inside and especially out. Very private and peacefully located and felt like it was off the beaten track yet within 30mins drive of beautiful towns like Rovinj and Fazana and 15mins to supermarkets etc.

The space in reality looks much better than in the photos! The home has a lovely garden that is fenced completely around so our dogs could run free all the time. Swimming pool, gym, deck chair, a nice terrace it couldn't have been better! Even the kitchen has a lot of equipment! Our contact in Štokovci was super sweet. We drove about 30 minutes to Pula and about 40 minutes to Rovinj which are really nice old towns with a nice harbor and natural surroundings. Svetvinčenat, which is about 8 minutes away from the apartment, has two shops with everything you need in daily life. In addition, you can order at Pizza Palace really delicious food!

We had a great stay with our group of boys and felt very comfortable. The pool was the highlight of a very nice vacation! We would come back😊
