The house is very comfortable, wide, and beautifully decorated. He had everything he described in the announcement. It really is a bit far from the beach, you need to go by car or with the bicycles offered in the house, it takes about 5/10 minutes cycling, but it is a very quiet route to do. Ricardo was always very solicited and helpful in helping us. We had a few days without power because of the rain, and he tried to help us solve the situation. Mr. Edvar also takes very good care of the house, welcomed us very well and was very cordial every day of our stay. I definitely recommend!

The house is exactly as advertised, very quiet, a practically private beach, a lot of nature around. Great for resting!

Marcela's house was exactly as described on Airbnb: extremely clean, with a well-equipped and impeccable kitchen. The atmosphere is super nice and cozy. The barbecue and pool were also very well maintained. The location is excellent, very close to the beach — practically on the sand. Maria, the housekeeper, is a sweetheart and was very helpful. Although his house is on the same plot, it did not invade our privacy at any time, since his residence is far from the social area. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious, and the showers are great. Both Marcela's house and the attention she and Maria offered us were impeccable. It's well worth staying there. We enjoyed every minute and we will certainly be back. Thank you very much!

Ahhh difficult came though kkk that Other, extremely well located house, cleanissima, has absolutely everything around, without the need to take a car, the house is fantastic great airy , super-equipped kitchen, beautiful backyard, foot in the real sand. Excellent experience before, during and after the stay. Eric is extremely agile, responsive, flexible and polite. Very good house, great structure, clean, organized and close to the beach (about 6 minutes walk). There were even treats for the guests, a distinguishing characteristic!! Solange is great too!! Quiet to take dogs, the elderly, young people, children... a home for all types and tastes!! Nothing but praise, we'll definitely be back!! We went to celebrate my father's 70th birthday and everyone loved it!!

Luiz Felipe was a kind host and responded quickly to all our requests. The house is equipped with many appliances, the beds are comfortable and the rooms face the balcony, which for me is the highlight - spacious, overlooking the garden, barbecue and furniture suitable for a nice get-together.

We had great days at Bernardo's home! the house was very clean and had all the useful utensils for our stay. Helena, who helped us in the house, attended us in everything, even brought fresh bread every day and made purchase of the missing items at the local market

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, the experience was wonderful from beginning to end, very helpful and attentive host (Mr. Douglas) We used the pool, common space, very good, location is great with good shopping structure, easy access to beaches, we want to go back! We loved the place, an impeccable, clean duplex, close to the beach, fantastic leisure area, close to the feirinha and the mall, quiet. Host was kind, quickly matched our needs when we needed it. The place is all surrounded by safety net I thought it was great for those with children, nice neighborhood, and the place was all equipped, even dishwasher had it! Anyway we like it a lot and want to come back?

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

Nancy was a great amphitrioa ! We had small problems that were quickly resolved. Diria note 10 for her availability from the beginning of the contact until the exit. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the utensils you can imagine — perfect for those who like to cook. The towels were fragrant and soft, and the mattress and pillows were super comfortable, with clean, scented sheets. And the view… what a spectacle! You can see the care and whim in every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Great house, on the sand, rooms with good space, well cleaned and organized house. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen with various utensils, pots and everything very clean. The Costa do Sol condominium is excellent for spending a few days with the family, having a very quiet and pleasant beach. The condominium has a market and bakery and is located near the Riviera, with dining options. The house is worth every cent.
