The apartment exceeded my expectations. Cozy decor, everything very organized. The kitchen is complete with everything very well taken care of. Very comfortable bed. And the differential was the access to the beach from the back, with the beach service, with the umbrella and chairs already installed on the sand. Very practical, and the beach is beautiful. Very quiet. Ideal for resting.

No doubt we'll be back soon! Marcelo was very helpful and gave great tips that made ALL the difference in our stay, Seiva is also a separate attraction, delicious drinks and good food. The little house is like the photos, super cozy and has the basics to spend quiet days, we arrived and the room had the perfume of the bedding, sleepers like angels listening to the sea and we woke up with the birds. The access to the beach is very easy, a great differential and what made us choose the little house, which makes it possible to visit the sea at any time, the beach is very clean, full of fun caranguines in the sand. Super recommend and I'm even referring to friends, we love it!

The House is exactly like the discretion of the listing and photos. Large house, large rooms, airy, very well equipped and structured, we do not miss anything in our stay. The outdoor area is the strong point, large pool, integrated barbecues, swinging and toys for children, as well as a beautiful garden. Fabiana always requests, and promptly answered my questions. The region is very quiet, close to the beach, around 7 min. walk. we were with children, and we didn't use a car to go to the beach. I recommend your stay, an excellent cost benefit to the area and structure offered!

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when due to the mosquito there is a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, in the whole city there is! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Apart from this tip everything perfect, we will return

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries. This time, out of season in the middle of the cold, I chose this retreat to celebrate my birthday. The Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself. I always stay here. There is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful infinity pool, the house is very nice and private, for those who have pets it is all fenced in the yard, Veronica answered me very well by phone, a flexible person, gave me a small discount, was flexible at Check-in and check-out, of all the houses we stayed in Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had, the house is mega complete, with many utensils, in short, I would spend hours writing how good this experience was! The space beyond very beautiful, is extremely safe and pleasant. The house has air-conditioning in every room, plus screens in every window. The condominium is very well located and safe, the beach service is a differential and the Francisco employee helped us a lot with absolutely everything. It is noteworthy that the house is fully equipped, has a stove, oven, barbecue and everything that is needed for cooking. Without any doubt I will return soon, it is worth the rental, I recommend without any reservations.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by
