Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

If you appreciate history, this 16th century house is a real experience for you. This charming apartment with lots of character is situated in walking zone, in the heart of Baška, so you can feel the real rhythm of life in this small village (including some street noise during the peak of the tourist season). Beach is just 30 m away, as well as restaurants, coffee shops and harbor. Despite the fact that the apartment is in the pedestrian zone, free parking for our guests is also very close.

Apartment A1 is situated on the first floor with accommodation for 4-6 guests. The Apartment consists of kitchen, dining, living room (with the possibility of extra sofa bed for 2 guests), 2 bedrooms (double bed), bathroom, 2 toilets and covered terrace. Our apartment come equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV, air-conditioning and washing-machine. The price includes use of bed-linen, towels and all cookware. Barbecue facilities is available. Parking place is provided.

The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

The apartment Ferias is located in a private house in Senj with a quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful panorama view of the sea and the fortress Nehaj. The sunny balcony and the exceptional sunsets will fascinate you. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, including three bedrooms with two queen size french double beds and a single bed, free wi-fi, air conditioning and private parking. The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.
