House vacation rentals in Julian

This is one of the most well thought out homes I’ve ever stayed at globally. The home is stunning and so well designed, even more beautiful than the photos. We loved how the pool was next to the master bedroom. This home has everything you need and more. Would love to stay agin!

Roadrunner Ranch was a magical place to stay. Great communication from Rob and a lovely home that matched the description. We were not disappointed.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

The Dell is beautiful and private. James was professional and easy to work with. There are loads of amenities: big screen TVs, robes, and makeup mirrors in every room. There are comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. The pool and hottub were clean and there were plenty of towels. The Dell is surrounded by wildlife, we had rabbits, quail and roadrunners visiting. There was even a blood orange tree that provided some fruit for breakfast. The Dell had some homey features such as plenty of blankets and an impressive collection of Fiesta Ware. This place is perfect for a houseparty with a family or four couples.

We canceled our plan to go to the zoo because my kids love this place so much—they just want to stay here and play, and they don’t even want to leave.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property lived up to its amazing reviews, offering a perfect setting for our family. There was plenty of room ensuring comfort and convenience throughout our stay. This was our family's first time staying in an airbnb and Zeina and Mo made it easy and feel like home. They had clear instructions for everything and responded very quickly if I had any questions. The home was beautiful and fun! Our family loved the backyard!

This house was in a beautiful location with great sunsets from the front deck. The house had all the accouterments that were needed with a well appointed kitchen. Driveway is steep as mentioned in the description but worth it.

The place was located very close to the wine trail, which was ideal. We particularly loved that the backyard by the pool was fenced, which made relaxing with our dogs even more enjoyable.

Great peaceful location perfect for our size of family. Parking is a little tricky with four cars but manageable. Loved the view and landscaping. We felt very safe and at home in this place. Thank you for memories.

This place is a GEM! A true serenity retreat! We had the pleasure of staying with Bruce last weekend. His communication and organization was incredibly helpful. You can tell that put a lot of love into making sure you have a relaxing getaway. The views were spectacular! We bird watched, read books, and watched the stars from the jacuzzi. Loved every minute of it!

This is truly a unique and beautiful place. We were surprised to find such a private designer home so close to Julian. The views are awe inspiring, and the house and decks are built to maximize the view. Alyssa was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Neil and Bonnie's retreat cottage was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we made the reservation to the time we left we felt well taken care of . Word can't describe the true beauty of this place it is a must see and stay! Very peaceful and relaxing experience. Just a 2 mile drive and you're in downtown Julian, where we had a good hearty breakfast at the Julian Cafe and Bakery. Volcan Retreat is everything stated the the description but more. Clean, quiet, and private a perfect place for a romantic getaway but also a place for the family. We will definitely be staying here again this I believe is even more beautiful in the snow.

Daniel’s home is nestled in a serene setting that makes you feel as if you are in a beautiful secluded oasis. The home is tastefully decorated in a modern aesthetic with beautiful mid century pieces. My family and I really enjoyed the pool and movie room. It was also impeccably clean and well stocked. Daniel was incredibly responsive and check-in was a breeze. I will definitely book Daniel’s home again. Absolutely magical stay.

Very nice and quiet home close to town but far enough away to be more private. The house was well maintained with lots of windows and an abundance of natural light. Jayne was very communicative, friendly, and helpful.

I have nothing bad to say about this Airbnb. The host was exceptional. Communication was great. Instructions were clear. The host was quick in responses. The place is beautiful! It was clean. We didn’t have to go out and buy anything. For example, there were sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. The stay came with everything you would need (besides food and water, of course). The views were great. Our family had a great time. It was easy-going, welcoming and a pleasure to stay.

Kevin was an amazing host! He went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. We forgot to bring our pack and play crib for our 1 year old and Kevin ordered a brand new one and it arrived the very next day! The property was very peaceful and my kids loved having the chickens nearby. Kevin even provided us with eggs from the chickens and we had a great breakfast that next morning eating fresh eggs! The home itself was very cozy and my family of 7 fit perfectly. Very clean and had everything we needed and Kevin was always there if we needed something extra. Was located in a nice area away from the business of San Diego but close enough that we were only 35 minutes from Mission Beach. I’d definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back next time I’m visiting San Diego.

I had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Chris was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was an enjoyable stay. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and it was fairly clean. It's an older house but has been kept up nicely.

It was such a memorable experience! My family and I loved the gaming table especially air hockey and ping pong. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and grilling while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Roberta was very kind and attentive. Definitely will book again!

Inside, the home is cozy, perfect for a peaceful solo retreat or a relaxing weekend for two. Out a few miles are several boutique locations — and We texted for in and provides so we could take long walks with our pup under the trees. Waking up to the sound of birds and rustling leaves, watching the fog burn off from the valley below — it’s one of those stays that makes you forget to check your phone.
