Hotel vacation rentals in Julian

This place is amazing. There are so many amenities to help you enjoy your vacation. We utilized the free beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards the hotel offers as well as the day passes to Loews. The beds are comfortable. The small kitchen area is perfects for snacks and light cooking. There was a great balcony. The staff was amazing there as well. The location is right where you want to be. Surrounded by great restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!!!

If you are looking for accommodations in Julian STOP, look no further, this is where you want to stay! Collin's Place (aka Julian Orchard Hill Country Inn) is absolutely delightful with its wonderful lodge/Inn with it's massive fireplace and cushy seating, amazing views right outside the dining room windows, delicious food (def make a reservation for the Saturday/Sunday evening meals), wonderful warm and well-prepared breakfasts, with rooms both at the Inn as well as cottages throughout the property. We stayed in Cottage One and were smitten with its cozy atmosphere including a very comfortable queen bed, TV w/ DVD/VCR (we watched like 5 VHS tapes + DVDs available via the massive library up at the Inn), a fireplace that offered comfort in both the small sitting area AND the bathroom, a large well thought-out bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet in separate room, and a little wet bar with a sink and fridge. Sitting out on the deck right outside the cottage door as the sun was setting in the provided thatched furniture with a beer in hand was heaven. The staff were all delightful, seriously not one bad seed! So attentive, kind, and accommodating. Don't pass up on the hors d'oeuvre and drinks every night up at the Inn including domestic/craft beers and wine with tasty plates of munchies and good conversations with the proprietors (whom were always there) and other guests. We could have just stayed at the Inn and in our cottage all weekend but alas Anza Borrego was calling (a 45 minute drive to the AB visitors center and Slot Canyon hike) as were the wonderful shops and restaurants along Main Street. Make sure and head to the Julian Beer Company for some damn good ales and pizza...get the Bacon Bleu pie...you won't be sorry. And shopping at the Warm Hearth, the Olde Goat, the Barn Vintage Marketplace, and quite a few others, was sooo fun...really very good shopping. We'll be back, thanks Collins and staff for a weekend my wife and I will never forget.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. it was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great location that is walkable to restaurants, bars, water front, baseball stadium and quick drive to zoo, beaches, and airport. I would stay here again.

We loved our first night stay, the hospitality was great, everyone was welcoming and meeting the staff made our stay feel more like home. We look forward to more future bookings.

We ran into an issue with our original booking in August due to a medical emergency within my family and after a few back and forth with Irit and Airbnb, we ended up rebooking for later in the year in December. The place we rented was great. It was super close to the beach and within walking distance of a bunch of stores and shops. We stayed there for a week. The pool & gym equipment of the hotel was a nice perk to use and everything you needed was there. The only thing we were a little caught off guard by was the resort fee but overall the stay was great and it was a great escape.

Super easy check in and out. Host was very responsive and accommodating, especially when one of the appliances was not working. Very convenient location and was a fairly equal distance from most of the major attractions near Downtown San Diego. Gaslamp district is fun but can be a bit lively, if you are not used to that sort of thing. Would recommend exploring the waterfront, Balboa Park and other areas outside as well.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay here! The resort is very solid for either a couple or a family and has plenty of space to find quiet spots away from the fun activities around the pools. The room itself was super clean and felt very cozy, with a cool outside patio next to the golf course. Can't speak for all rooms in this resort, but the one we got at least, had two flights of stairs to go down (just an FYI). The kitchen had a 2-burner electric stove top, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the utensils/cooking tools you need. The room did seem to be one of the more basic ones in comparison to neighboring rooms, but for the price it is well worth it. Check in/out process is simple, you just have to go down to the main office for it. Golf course was great, and relatively cheap. We'd love to stay here again sometime if given the chance!

Location, location, location! Perfect spot to enjoy La Jolla Cove. Steps from the beach and wildlife on one side and art and dining on the other side. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel cafe had great snacks and beverages. The room was clean and comfortable and very modern. I was in the "Pines" section. There was noticeable noise through the suite door (you could hear people in the next room) but it wasn't too bad. Overnight parking was only $27 - a bargain considering what you have to pay at other places. I will definitely check it out again the next time I'm in town.

It was nice and quick getaway. Since it was a game day we did get caught in a lot of traffic. It took us about 30min to get to valet.

Mission Bay Resort is always amazing. Great vibe. Great people working. Plenty of activities. Food is excellent… especially the smoked duck… Most definitely visiting again. It’s our go to 🫶🏼

Very convient for a one night/last minute stay! Parking is difficult: street parking, unsafe neighborhood. However 5 minutes away from airport and walkable to downtown italy. Place is clean and nice, very thin walls! Plus is no need to check in with lobby, just call for assistance. Loved how they do accept upon request earlier check-ins!

The location was a perfect location for all the fun spots around the Gaslamp District. The staff at the location were super friendly and made you feel welcome. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. Would love to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is full of charm, with lush plants and unique antique pieces that give it a cozy and artistic vibe. Lora was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The place looks exactly like the pictures — no surprises, just as beautiful in person. Although there isn’t a full kitchen, Lora has thoughtfully provided a pantry and microwave, which came in handy for quick meals. The bathroom has a sliding door which was a bit tricky to close, but everything else made up for it. We especially loved the bathtub and the peaceful sit-out area — perfect for unwinding. It was a great space for a girls’ getaway, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique, plant-filled retreat with a warm host!

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this private condo connected to the La Costa Resort and Spa. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable — offering the perfect blend of privacy and resort access. The location couldn’t be better, with beautiful surroundings and all the amenities of the resort just a short walk away. The owner was a true pleasure to work with: responsive, accommodating, and polite throughout the entire process. Every detail, from check-in to departure, was handled with care and professionalism. It’s clear that the owner takes great pride in offering a high-quality experience, and it absolutely shows. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless getaway in the La Costa area.

Selena goes above and beyond to make sure the stay was everything we wanted! She personally helped us with check-in and the parking. The room was lovely and exactly as pictured. The resort pools were lovely and easy. We also appreciated how separate the villa felt. We were never aware of neighbors, it was very peaceful. Everything was clean and professional. Thank you!
