In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. On 82 square meters, there are four bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each in the attic), a modern bathroom with shower as well as a separate toilet and the light-flooded living-dining area for up to 8 people. The large balcony invites you to linger.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Welcome to the apartment "Lütte Stuuv" on the Sommerpolderhof in Krummhörn. Relax in this cozy and quiet accommodation overlooking the surrounding fields. Just 4 km from Greetsiel, you can relax on your own lawn, ride a bike and explore the sights of East Frisia. 6 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs live here and you can bring your dog too. The garden of your apartment is secured with a picket fence.
