Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Our guests have two bedrooms with large double beds and a modern sofa bed for two more guests in the living/dining area. The exclusive sauna and fitness area complete your feel-good vacation in the Winkelschiffchen.

Villa Hafenkieker

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Groot Stuv apartment for 2-3 people

Relax – in our cozily furnished Groot Stuv. As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with integrated kitchen and cozy dining table. The Groot Stuv has two bedrooms. One facing south with a large double bed and one facing east with a single bed plus day bed with sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. On the north side there is a terrace where you can have breakfast or sunbathe.

You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The "Oll Kohstall" impresses with a spacious living and dining area with old timber frame, three charming bedrooms that could not be more different, a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a kitchen in a special design. Our thatched cottage in East Frisia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Cozy and maritime furnished, you can have a wonderful holiday in a rural location, within easy reach of the North Sea. Many enjoy the green surroundings and yet the proximity to shops. With its blue shutters and typical thatched roof, the house fits into the quaintness of East Frisia. From here, the charm of the area can be explored extremely well.

4**** DTV classification. The 2-room apartment Lachmöwe by DeJu in Norderney is about 43 square meters, has a private terrace (about 10 sqm) and is located directly on the west beach. It is characterized by a very central location. It is about 240 m to the beach. It is about 350 m. Up to 4 people is suitable and bookable (please note). You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.
