A TV with satellite, Netflix and other VOD services provides entertainment. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction stovetop, dishwasher, oven-microwave combination, dishes, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass partition and a hairdryer. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea.
