The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

The town center is around the corner - the main beach is exactly five minutes away. I offer you a cozy attic apartment of about 40 square meters on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, from which you have a wonderful view of the harbor activity. In the living room, the couch can be converted into a double bed. The bedroom has a large bed with a continuous mattress; a travel crib for toddlers can also be set up.

On 82 square meters, there are four bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each in the attic), a modern bathroom with shower as well as a separate toilet and the light-flooded living-dining area for up to 8 people.
