Exactly as described, safe location close to food and public transport Public spaces were clean, I did hear dog noises from my room when I was sleeping but not a big deal

Abi was an exceptional host! The location was ideal, with convenient free street parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

Excellent stay! Renato is an amazing host: communication with him was always clear and fast. The accommodation is impeccable, very comfortable and perfectly located. Clean and in excellent condition. The area is very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. It is also very well connected: you can easily reach New York by train from Newark Penn Station, which is only a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride away. The train ride to Manhattan takes only 15 minutes, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy the city without staying downtown. In addition, the accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your food. In our case, every day we prepared breakfast before leaving for Manhattan, which was very practical and convenient. What we liked the most was how quiet, safe and practical the place is for those who want to get to know NYC without paying for accommodation in Manhattan. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

The location is very convenient—just a short bus ride from Times Square and other must-see spots in Manhattan. Communication with Michelle was seamless, and she was always helpful. The place is peaceful at night, with fresh, clean air, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring NYC.

Fidel’s place was fantastic! He was a wonderful host, going above and beyond by treating our family to breakfast one morning and even surprising us with some goodies. The property itself is lovely, with a peaceful atmosphere and a great BBQ area, which we really enjoyed using. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable, updated amenities, modern, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home. I would’ve been content w never leaving lol We enjoyed our stay sooo much, I was very sad to leave. The host was extremely kind and communicative. I didn’t have a single issue. The place was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The walk for the path is around 9 minutes to go manhattan (easy to go and come back) Hosts are great and friendly, always asking if you need anything. Such a great place!!

It was a wonderful stay at Airbnb. All facilities worked well. My gal did complain about slow wifi connectivity to her mobile, but then it suits me well, since we are there to explore New York, not for her to be on phone. Last but not least, great location as public transport is within reach.

The Airbnb was really cosy and clean. We felt totally at home. And to New York it was only about 20 minutes by bus. Highly recommended. We loved it.

I had a great stay at Ozgun’s place! It was very cozy. The bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the ambiance of the historic home. I really appreciated the effective A/Cs on the hot days!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

We loved our stay at Tim and Stacey's place. The beautiful apartment was clean and quiet, despite the busy location. The hosts were very responsive with helpful instructions. We would recommend it to any couples or families looking to visit New York City without the NYC prices, and we would happily stay there again!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
