Waterfront vacation rentals in José Menino beach

I stayed a week at Alex's place and loved it! It has a really nice view from the balcony, it's very well ventilated, pillows and beds accommodated us well, good Wi-Fi for those who need to work, and the differential is the safety net (essential for me and it's hard to find in rentals). The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot and there are great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. I used the car a few times and there were always plenty of parking spaces in the garage. The employees of the condominium were very nice and efficient. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

We love our stay in the apartment! The decor is charming, everything is tasteful, extremely clean and fragrant. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Celsi was super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. We stayed as a couple and with our pet, who also loved it! We definitely want to come back on an upcoming visit to Santos. Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Gustavo from the first contact was extremely cordial and flexible to always give suggestions that would facilitate and meet our schedule and accommodation needs. All questions were clarified quickly and promptly. The house very comfortable and with a lot to offer! For sure we already have a point for the times we go down to the downtown! House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

We loved the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if I had another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs. Vanessa were always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion, if possible: increase the size of the bed. The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

Great location: bars, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and ice cream parlors nearby. Very polite staff. Daniela is always helpful and friendly, we were very well taken care of. Great experience, I recommend it and we will stay again when we return to Santos.

Beautiful view, a delight to wake up and see the beach in the window. Super clean and cozy apartment, with several amenities such as Chromecast, bath towels, bed linen, even coffee in the closet, in addition to Gabriel's service, who was attentive and helpful from the reservation to our departure. Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a fair on Saturday mornings 500 meters away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!
