Vacation rentals with a sauna in José Menino beach

We had a very good experience. Victor was very helpful, he made our check-in more flexible. The place is beautiful, facing the beach. It has air conditioning in all the rooms and everything was very clean and organized. Location close to bars, restaurants and markets. Absolutely, we'll come back at another opportunity

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we wanted for nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything is wonderful. There's nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back. Alex always very attentive and quick to answer.

Simply perfect stay. The host was super attentive, very quick to respond, made us feel very welcome. The place is wonderful, everything is very organized, cozy and beautiful. Not to mention the ocean view that enchanted us. The location is also very good, we rented bikes right in front, the beach is very good in this region, we saw a lot of policing keeping security. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, too. There is even a Pão de Açúcar under the building, very easy and quiet to access when we needed something quick. We didn't have any negative points, on the contrary, everything was very amazing. We were 2 couples and 3 dogs, we already want to go back!! ♡

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

Great stay! The apartment is very functional, well-equipped with cooking utensils and features excellent quality bed and bath linens. The location is perfect, with the building right in front of the beach, which makes the experience even more amazing. I recommend it.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

What a wonderful experience! From the first moment, Luciana served us impeccably, answered all our questions, gave us several tips and made us super comfortable. The apartment itself is a spectacle! And Luana's cleaning service was excellent and made our stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend it!! And I will definitely be back.

My contact was with Sabrina, Roseli's co-host. She was extremely attentive to me. She answered me and cleared my doubts promptly! The apartment's location couldn't be better. I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I'll be back for sure!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

The house is just wonderful! Super comfortable, air-conditioned in every room, which made our stay even better. The swimming pool is great, well taken care of, and the barbecue is top, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. Everything very clean, organized and the way we were waiting for. We loved the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if I had another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

We travel with family ( children, the elderly and pets). The house is just like the pictures. Breezy, clear, and clean. Joceli asks a lot, always responding cordially and quickly. We hired Kelly's services, which served us in a caring and respectful way. Unfortunately during our stay the sauna and dishwasher were in repair. Regarding the location of the house to the beach, if you are going with young children and the elderly you will need to use the car to move around ( this did not harm the stay at all, but it is worth the information).
