I loved the apartment, it's perfect, brand new, offers plenty of comfort and is very close to the beach. The condominium offers plenty of entertainment. The heated pool is nice, but I think the choice of tile was unfortunate, it looked like it was dirty. The parking space is very bad, narrow and difficult to maneuver. I ended up leaving the car on the street. The beach was a little dirty, but the neighborhood is very interesting, quiet and with restaurant and leisure options. The host was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Great apartment, everything was very clean and organized. The only thing I would ask to improve is the comfort of the sofa bed. We will return more often!

As for the service, it was excellent, it resolved everything promptly. As for the apartment, it is excellent, well equipped, but you need to bring some items or buy them there (iron, detergent, soap, toilet paper, dish and floor cloths). As for the building, the market is very good, it helps a lot, with a fair price, only the elevators that sometimes take a long time for those who come from the beach and plan to climb the basement (we come to wait 30 min). As for the beach, it is very close, you can walk quietly and it was very quiet. In short, it was well worth it, we felt at home !!!

The house is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. All rooms have AC, well-equipped kitchen, great space for the barbecue, close to the pool and Jacuzzi. The beach is close by, small children and the elderly can walk quietly. The condominium is closed and very safe, we really like the infrastructure. We hired Nalva's help and highly recommend it. I would leave breakfast ready, prepare lunch and even dessert! the house was very well taken care of with her help and we don't have to worry about anything. She was also great with the children, very affectionate and patient! In short, we will definitely stay in the house again! Thanks Gilson!

All wonderful, my family and I love it. House is exactly like in the pictures, a charm and tasty energy. Everything very clean and fragrant. Mr. Francisco and his wife received us with great affection and attention, as well as being understanding and flexible. Great location with markets, waterfall and beach nearby. Excellent stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to gather our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, well equipped, clean and very well maintained. All environments are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a highlight, perfect for leisure and relaxation. The entire structure fully met our expectations. We would also like to thank the responsible team, who were extremely attentive, cordial and efficient throughout the stay. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return on another occasion.

We travel with family ( children, the elderly and pets). The house is just like the pictures. Breezy, clear, and clean. Joceli asks a lot, always responding cordially and quickly. We hired Kelly's services, which served us in a caring and respectful way. Unfortunately during our stay the sauna and dishwasher were in repair. Regarding the location of the house to the beach, if you are going with young children and the elderly you will need to use the car to move around ( this did not harm the stay at all, but it is worth the information).

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

The host is very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is comfortable, with excellent en-suites, great heated pool, location close to everything (shopping, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket), and polite building staff. The beach has a fun and quiet atmosphere. My family loved it and we plan to come back.

Great apartment, everything as advertised. Condominio mto bom with playroom and outdoor playground. Very good for bringing children. I will vote more often. Only one issue that had only air-conditioning in the living room and in 1 bedroom, the other room was without air-conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the bath and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficulty closing. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, super clean, and the building is organized and has friendly and helpful staff. The host was super communicative and answered all my questions. No complaints, just a recommendation to put toilet paper and soap in the bathroom.
