Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Its special location on the banks of the Charente makes it particularly attractive, with numerous walks, swimming and water sports just a 3-minute walk away...

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max).
