Vacation rentals with a patio in Johnson County

We had just a 1 night get with 3 friends and we loved. The apartment is so welcoming and beautiful!!! Everything was very clean and up to par. We loved having the deck to sit on in the evening and talk. It was so nice to be in walking distance of the restaurants and bars downtown. We would definitely come back !!!

The space was perfect for what I needed. Miguel gave very clear instructions for everything so checking in/out was simple. The neighbors upstairs were in&out a lot but I was still able to sleep just fine. Gated parking lot out back which was comforting. Loved the location, there was a lot to do within walking distance.

Beautiful place, will definitely be revisiting! Kimberly was a great host and recommended some awesome places for us to visit. The place was very clean and located in a perfect area.

We stayed for a quick weekend in Nashville with our dogs and this was a perfect place for us to stay. Christy and her husband were very kind to our occasionally noisy dogs and the accommodations were perfect. The space was decorated with such a great intention, we would love to stay again in the future.

My experience was everything you’d hope to expect with an Airbnb. Clean space, plenty of kitchen amenities and appliances to make you feel right at home, comfy bed, secure location and a short distance to local restaurants and any festivities. I travel often to Indy and will look to stay here again in the future!

Convenient location close to downtown bars, shopping and restaurants. House was very spacious, lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped. Great for entertaining.

We stayed in Franklin for my daughters college graduation. Whitney's place was so charming, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. We wished we had more time there so we could enjoy all the fun games, hot tub, pool table, and lovely yard and town. The extras were wonderful and made it so easy to feel right at home. I would recommend this great, historical home to anyone! We are actually hoping to get back in the fall to do some antiquiting and be so happy to stay at Whitney's again.

This place is exactly what you hope an Airbnb would be! It was very clean, free of clutter, plenty of linens and pillows, had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the best touch was the very well stocked coffee bar! The hosts were communicative and the directions were clear. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway. We enjoyed running on the sidewalks through the different neighborhoods each morning.

Lisa and Craig are transforming this farm house into a modern, comfortable home. The house has three nice sized bedrooms, a large dining area as well as a large kitchen that is open to the great room. The location is unique in that the house sits on about a one hundred acre farm; however, it is an easy quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Lisa and Craig were extremely nice and responded in minutes to our inquiries. They worked very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

It was great to find something for 7 people that was exactly what we were looking for. Everybody slept comfortably. We were also so impressed with the amount of linens that were available for use! The patio was really nice to sit on and just relax after our long outings. We also loved how relatively close the house was to all of the places we were looking to go. Everyone that stayed had nothing but great things to say about the find. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. We would highly recommend to others!

Absolutely loved The Winston House! My family felt right at home, had plenty of space, and the atmosphere was very welcoming! The hosts were always very responsive and provided excellent help. I will definitely be coming back to The Winston House!

We had such a great weekend here! It was myself and 6 other guys for my bachelor party and we were blown away by how nice the place was. Plenty of space for us to sleep and hang out. Had a very nice kitchen, living room, upstairs, and backyard. It’s in a great location (just outside Indy but close enough to experience everything). Beautiful new neighborhood and always felt safe. It really had everything! Bawi was also a very great host who was very responsive and keeps a very clean home for guests to enjoy. I would 100% recommend to anyone needing a place to stay!
