I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!

Pictures were exactly the way the place looked. It was very adorable inside while I was there. The air conditioner stopped working, but he sent someone out right away. Got it fixed.

This place is exactly what you hope an Airbnb would be! It was very clean, free of clutter, plenty of linens and pillows, had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the best touch was the very well stocked coffee bar! The hosts were communicative and the directions were clear. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway. We enjoyed running on the sidewalks through the different neighborhoods each morning.

Our family enjoyed the casual & homey feel to the house. The back yard was great to have dinner & chill. All in all it was an above average accommodation & suited our families needs. Coffee was great!!

The town of Franklin is really nice! Great little downtown area, Millie’s Ice Cream is highly recommended. Our house was nice. It’s an older home that has been updated. It was very clean. Linens and towels seemed very new. Kitchen was well stocked withKcups for coffee, creamers, cereal bars, and oatmeal. More bedside tables would be nice and since bathroom vanities are small, something to set things on in the bigger bathroom would nice. Overall, a nice house in a nice town!

Lisa and Craig are transforming this farm house into a modern, comfortable home. The house has three nice sized bedrooms, a large dining area as well as a large kitchen that is open to the great room. The location is unique in that the house sits on about a one hundred acre farm; however, it is an easy quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Lisa and Craig were extremely nice and responded in minutes to our inquiries. They worked very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything was incredible! Felt at home, had everything you could possibly need, and Christina was extremely communicative and messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will absolutely book again!

Great family place located in a quiet area and close to shops. Pool, hot tub and play area were a hit with the kids. Lots of space. The home is located within driving distance of several activities.

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

Perfect location for our conference event at the Indiana Convention Center. Easy to walk to and plenty of food options. The space is beautiful, and even though we had a few hiccups, the host was responsive and took care of it as fast as possible.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at Griffin's condo! The apartment is lovely - large for a one-bedroom, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and the location couldn't be better. You're right in the heart of downtown but the condo is surprisingly quiet and private as it faces away from the major streets. The California king bed is super comfy so I slept well here! It's in a very pretty historic building within walking distance to anywhere downtown, including a grocery store and public transport links. I enjoyed the little Indy touches throughout the decor of the apartment - you can tell Griffin is a very thoughtful host. It's well-stocked with all you could need - extra towels, bedding, kitchenware, granola bars and bottled water, reading material, a cool record player/radio, and a nice big TV. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place for your Indy trip!
