Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas.

The Garden House has 3 large, en-suite double bedrooms. Private, semi-det., single storey, self-contained, parking for 3 cars behind electric gates +rapid EV charging (£25/car/charge). Spacious and light, set up a short, shared, private driveway in the heart of the village. A south east facing front garden and large, shared, west facing rear garden with far reaching views. A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for infants, children or animals.

The property is known as the Long Shed, for no better reason than it's nice and long! It sleeps two, but there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons. There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, a BBQ and garden furniture out on the patio, and the views are fantastic. If you fancy getting away from it all and enjoying some peace and quiet, some space and lots of countryside - the Long Shed is perfect.

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Bluetits barn is situated on Church Lane in the centre of this exclusive village offering access to the many footpaths and bridleways in the vicinity. The highly regarded Ashby Arms pub/restaurant is within easy walking distance. Leicester city centre 7 miles; Melton Mowbray 10 miles, Market Harborough 15 miles.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
