Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the banks of the Pielisjoki in the village of Kontiolahti Paihola. The villa has 77 m² downstairs and an additional large loft. The location is in a peaceful rural setting.  The driveway is there and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy friendly, pets are prohibited. The bike trail can be accessed directly from the yard or on the ice of the River Pielisjoki for snowshoeing. Ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10km away. Landlord lives next door.

Amazing log cabin on the beach, including a hot tub!

In 2020, this stunning villa is hand-carved from a couple hundred year old Karelian sleds. A huge view window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by our 6-person outdoor hot tub, big, and avanto. No pets, no smoking. Bed linens 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

Log cabin by a clear water lake

Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Studio in a quiet area in Niinivaara

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Even though a small, stylish sauna room is part of our yard, you'll find peace, nature, privacy, and lovely scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat in use. Additional fee of €70 for use of the hot tub. Bring your own linens and towels. However, in an exceptional situation, linens can be arranged from the place to stay with a separate fee.
