Our vacation home (corner terraced house with 100 square meters) is in a very quiet location, ideal for cycling and hiking as well as relaxing and swimming at the lake (distance to Lake Kochel 900 m). The Glentleiten open-air museum, the Kristall-Therme Trimini and the Herzogstandbahn are only a few minutes' drive away. We rent a small vacation home on the property of an approx. 300-year-old farm. You rent a fully furnished cottage with approx. 60 square meters of living space, which is divided into 2 floors: On the first floor, there is an entrance area, kitchen, dining area and bathroom (toilet, shower). On the 2nd floor is a large living & sleeping area with a tiled stove that can be put into operation. In the living area there is a satellite TV & free Wi-Fi. Small garden + terrace

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.
